Once our young family lived in a hostel with seven other families. Made friends, became related. One day a sister from western Ukraine came to my godfather and we started dumplings with dushanina in the common kitchen. Then we made them many times with the whole world and ate all together in the kitchen. So...
Small dumplings with potatoes are made according to your favorite recipe. They are boiled, laid out in a dish and poured with dushanin (original name). To prepare dushanina, the chicken is boiled, then cut into small cubes. Flour is fried in a pan until golden brown, chicken broth is gradually poured into it. Crushed garlic is added, chicken pieces - the dushanina is ready. Bon Appetit!

Dushanina can be poured over dumplings, or you can serve it in a separate bowl and dip it.
