just now realized that bread from a bread machine is also delicious

Here's how !!!

But it is still different from baked in the oven, Vikul ?

And thank you for your answer, my dear !!!

Just buy for yourself, to play!

Mirabel
Do you have Panas? nooo. can not be. In my opinion, all decent ones: girl_red: there should be a Panas-bread machine, several multicooker and pressure cookers and several pizza ovens, this minimui. defining a normal resident of the site, IMHO. We don't count waffle makers, omelet makers, it's not discussed at all
For 2.5 years of living here, I almost came to this status
But seriously, Innul, when there is absolutely no time, a good bread maker is a great helper. Well, I really don't want to buy bread in stores, many times better from a bread machine. But the bread is out of the oven \. definitely. out of competition.

This is natural, there is no upper heating element. To brown the top crust, you need to use lubricants.

I don't use any lubricants and the crust is crunchy and dark

I don't grease anything either, I just baked it, the crust is browned just like the barrel, and what is your HP?

Mirabel, Vic, I don’t regulate anything, I put the bread at night and go to bed and in the morning everything is ok)
And in the afternoon I leave and come and the bread is ready, and I don’t look into it at all.
And so try it !!

And I use and combine different flours, and I don't put anything, but I never look.

So do I. That's why he is a new recipe, to look after him. It is right. And already worked out recipes go on the machine. But there are also incidents. The bookmark for everyday bread has been brought to automaticity. And once (I still can't believe it!) I forgot to pour water into the bucket. Something distracted. And I always put the everyday one at night.

And I use different flour
I don't watch either. But here you and I are wrong. You are lucky all the time, but somehow I came across very poor quality flour. The bread is rancid and sticky. Immediately I loaded a new one - the same result (((And the bun looked abnormal ... But even the adjustment did not help. I changed the flour - the result is excellent. So I stopped experimenting with flour. I take only the tested one.
Masinen
Wit, so far I have come across all the good flour))
I take one and the same)
And different, I mean varieties, those wheat, rye, and different grinding.
So far, there have been no punctures.
Wit
May you continue to be lucky
I also stopped taking risks. I take only proven varieties. But then I got wet flour, as it were. I missed the amount of liquid. But the bread was delicious as always.

And I set the time so that someone is guaranteed to pull out the bread as soon as the baking ends. Often this moment for a daughter, before leaving for school, she pulls out the finished bread on the wire rack, covers it with a linen towel
Sometimes I find that the crust was "dearly loved" - cut off and eaten fresh

The aroma of bread does not wake me up, but in the morning I often dream of fresh aromatic bread

Hello. I, too, am now a happy owner of a Panasonic 2511 bread machine. That's 3 weeks already. I'm sooooo happy with her. Please tell me, I'm baking bread according to a recipe from the forum. There is 50/50 rye and wheat flour. The original recipe contains 200 gr. each. Wu increased the portion by 1.5 times, and now I am putting in 600 gr. flour and bake on a rye setting. So I thought, am I overloading my bread maker when kneading? After all, in the recipes on the rye mode, there are no options with such a flour consumption? Maximum 560. Are extra 40 grams critical? flour? Bore, me. And a few more questions. Today I made pizza dough, took it out still lukewarm and rolled it out right away. Maybe I should have let him just stand, not roll out right away. Please advise the pie dough. I apologize for asking so many questions at once.
an_domini
HP can easily withstand 600 g of flour, almost always I bake bread with rye flour (50:50) this way, for 8 years now, the mixer is still anyway: ordinary or with a comb. My first Panas 255 is already 8 years old, the mixer is completely shabby, I replaced it with a little-used comb, everything is now interfering with it.
The second Panas 2502 has been working for a year in the same way, often I only knead bread for 600 g of flour, and bake in the oven. If the oven is in HP, then in the Rye mode it also bakes well.

Good day. Please tell me about the recipe for the pizza dough. I do it according to the basic recipe for 300 gr. flour 0.5 tsp yeast. As a result, the dough I get is thin, maybe because I stretch it on a large baking sheet. But in the recipe for thin pizza for 400 gr. flour is 2 teaspoons of yeast. Maybe it's a typo? Or is there a lot of yeast in the thin pizza dough because there is no sugar in the recipe?

I made both pizzas from the book to Panas for testing. I liked this one. But, she's not baking. There is also only 300 gr. flour.

Judging by my notes, I didn't like this pizza, I have it written: a lot of salt.

I bake pizza according to the recipe for Saf-moment yeast (in my opinion the recipe for the dough, I wrote it down long ago), an egg is put there.I like this pizza dough better.

A lot of yeast is put into the pizza according to the recipe, the pizza is placed in the oven at the maximum temperature on a heated stone, then it will be close to the Italian version. There are no eggs in this test.
Based on pizza, no one forbids baking, it will just be variations on a theme.

Just on a baking sheet. I make a dough for 400 g of flour according to Masha's recipe and divide it into 3 pizzas, the pizza turns out to be 28-30 cm, I make it in a Ferrari pizza oven, the pizza should be thin, everything else is pizza pie.

Many thanks to everyone for the answers!

Hello everyone! I want to apologize in advance if this topic was discussed, I don’t want to read 318 pages)) I want to join your ranks, while I stopped at the Panasonic SD-2501WTS stove, it’s embarrassing that there is no viewing window, how much is it needed at all? Thank you!
$ vetLana
Not necessary. You can watch the kolobok by opening the lid
Yelenka_M
that is, can you open the lid if you want?
$ vetLana
Yes. Add water or flour if required. You can lift the lid during kneading, but not during baking.
an_domini
You can also, just quickly, look and that's it. But not in the first 10 to 15 minutes after the start of baking. By this time, the bread has risen sufficiently, and the oven has warmed up, there will be no sharp temperature drop.
Yelenka_M
Thank you!!!
Another question) I also read about the shortcomings - a weak non-stick coating ...... how true?

Yelenka_M, lie. Panas has the best, or one of the best

Yelenka_M, is there a programming option in Gorenje?

as far as I understand, yes, the menu is manual baking, where you can set your own settings ...
$ vetLana
This is important if you are going to bake rye bread. In Panas automatic programs
