Ingredients

hard cheese 150 gr.
curd cheese or cottage cheese 150 gr.
mayonnaise 150 gr.
yogurt or sour cream 150 gr.
salt taste
pepper taste
gelatin for soufflé 20 gr.
pitted olives 1/2 cans
garlic 2 cloves
For filling:
nuts (pine, walnuts, or pistachios) handful
greens taste
ham 200 gr.
Bulgarian pepper 1-2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • You can also use other options for fillings. Very tasty with salted red fish and shrimps, or with assorted nuts.
  • I made half of the serving in a soufflé and half spread over peppers and tomatoes.
  • Making penguins and a snake:
  • Cut 4 slices 1.5 mm thick from the cheese.
  • Grate cheese on a fine grater, add cottage cheese, yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. Beat everything. Set aside 2 table. spoons for penguins and snakes, leave the rest for the soufflé. We take the olives, cut into 2 unequal parts, take a large one and stuff with cheese, spread the snake's tail from the stuffed ones. For the head, cut out 2 small circles for the eyes, put cheese and curd paste inside. We make tongue out of pepper.
  • For penguins, we take olives, make a longitudinal cut, put a lot of cheese and curd paste inside, so that it sticks out. Insert the beak into an empty olive tree and prick the penguin's head. The penguin is ready :)
  • Making a soufflé:
  • Pour gelatin with cold water, leave for 20 minutes. Dissolve the gelatin in a water bath. Beat the cheese and curd paste, pouring in the gelatin in a thin stream. Chop the nuts, chop the ham, chop the pepper finely, add everything to the cheese and curd paste, mix well. We lay out on molds. It can be glasses, coffee cups, yogurt cups covered with cling film. Put in the refrigerator to freeze overnight. Bon Appetit.
