Ingredients

pork (I have a tenderloin) 1 kg
potatoes 600-700 g
pineapple slices in syrup 1 can (560g)
kiwi 1 PC.
mayonnaise 2-3 st. spoons
salt pepper
cheese 150-200 g

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat across the fibers into pieces 0.5 cm thick (I did not beat it off), if desired, you can also beat it off. I salted and pepper, put it in a container with a lid, added juice from a can of pineapple, pineapple pieces and sliced ​​kiwi there. Mix. Put in the refrigerator for marinating for 2-3 hours. It is possible for the night. I stood for about a day. It is very convenient when you come home from work - pickled, the next day - you can quickly cook everything after work.
  • Peel the potatoes, cut into 0.5 cm thick round slices. Place on a baking sheet, lightly greased with vegetable oil, add a little salt, mix right there on the baking sheet.
  • Remove the meat from the refrigerator, drain the liquid, put mayonnaise into a plate, dip the meat lightly in mayonnaise on both sides, put on potatoes, top with fruits that have been pickled with meat, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at temp. 210 degrees 30 min.
  • Try it, it's delicious and simple. I did not beat the meat, and it turned out to be quite soft and juicy, the potatoes were soaked in all the juices, meat and fruits.
  • I add potatoes because the side dish is immediately obtained, and the meat from below does not burn or dry. Well, that's my opinion. You can do it without potatoes, you can make a pillow for meat from zucchini or eggplant. But, there will already be a different taste. I haven't tried it, but you can experiment :)
