Plum cake

Ingredients

egg 1 PC.
sugar 200 g
wheat flour 300 g
milk 1 tbsp.
vegetable oil 1/3 Art.
baking powder 7 g
For sprinkling
butter 40 g
sugar 40 g
wheat flour 100 g
nuts 50 g
For filling:
plums, raisins
icing sugar optional
glass 250 ml
baking dish 20x30 cm

Cooking method

  • Rinse the plums, dry and divide into two parts, removing the pit.
  • Prepare the "Streisel with nuts" sprinkling - for this you need to grind butter with sugar and flour into crumbs, add chopped nuts.
  • For the dough, beat the egg with sugar, add flour with baking powder, pour in milk and at the end of beating add vegetable oil. (The dough will turn out to be liquid.)
  • On a prepared baking sheet (covered with baking paper or greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with flour), pour the dough, put plums and raisins, sprinkle with Streisel and bake at medium temperature for 30-40 minutes.
  • If the plums are sour, the cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar when it cools.

Note

I baked a cake in the Dex-50 multicooker for two cycles of 45 minutes. Since the top of the pies remains light when baking in a slow cooker, I sprinkled it with powdered sugar.
It turned out to be a wonderful, fluffy pie with a slight sourness from the plum!
