Ingredients

flour 1.5 cups
sugar 1/3 cup
margarine 150 g
eggs 1
cottage cheese 300 g
draining. oil 100 g

honey 150 g
starch 1 table. the spoon
vanillin

Cooking method

  • Dough: combine flour with sugar. Grind margarine with flour until crumbs form. Add the egg and knead the dough.
  • Filling: Stir cottage cheese through a sieve (I knead well with a fork), mix with softened butter. Add eggs, honey and vanillin. Stir until smooth. Add the starch at the end.
  • Smooth the dough with your hands in a low form, the thickness of the dough is less than 1 centimeter.

I didn't chill the dough. On the contrary, it must be warm in order to distribute well in shape.
At the expense of sour cream, I'm not sure .... I think margarine is better.
