Ingredients

cottage cheese 600gr (200gr)
yogurt 300gr (100gr)
biscuit biscuits 200gr (70gr)
berries (currants, blueberries, cranberries) 350gr (115gr)
candy with nuts 50gr (15gr)
sugar 1 tbsp. (1 / 3st)
nuts, chocolate drops, lemon, etc. taste

Cooking method

  • The recipe contains ingredients for different amounts of dessert.
  • In the first version (600g of cottage cheese), you need to use a rectangular shape. I cooked according to the second option and made dessert in two bowls.
  • Cover the form with cling film. Line the bottom with cookies.
  • Mix cottage cheese with yogurt and sugar into a fluffy mass (I replaced the sugar - red currant jelly). Add berries and coarsely chopped sweets.
  • Next, spread the curd and berry mixture evenly over the cookies and put it in the freezer for 1 hour.
  • Before serving, immerse the dish with the dessert in hot water for a few seconds. (I didn't need it) Turn it over on the dish, remove the foil and decorate the dessert.

Note

The dessert is very tender, airy, and most importantly, very quick to prepare. It looks like ice cream and, in general, is childish joy (candies in it, like a surprise). Well, for adults ... why not return to sweet memories of childhood ...
