Cooking method

Grate the washed and peeled pumpkin (like a Korean carrot). Salt, let stand to extract juice. add a little sugar, vinegar, coriander, pepper, sesame seeds. As much as you like (hotter, sweeter, sour). Squeeze out the garlic and cover with boiling oil. Let it brew and bon appetit.
