Ingredients
Cottage cheese
Yolks 5 pcs
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

Cottage cheese needs to be cooked in the evening, putting it under oppression until complete
remove moisture. Then rub through a sieve. Grind the yolks well and add to the curd. Also add sour cream and sugar and grind again. Then add the whipped egg whites.
Put in a mold and bake, but in a not very hot oven so that the loaf does not discard the whey.
