Apple gingerbread

Ingredients

Strong black tea 0.5 cups
Sugar 1 glass
Sunflower oil 1 table. the spoon
Baking soda (extinguish with vinegar) 0.5h spoons
Apple jam 2 table. spoons
Flour 1.5 cups
Egg 1 piece

Cooking method

  • Grind sugar and egg, add jam, sunflower oil and baking soda. Add half a glass of tea and gradually add flour. Knead the dough until the consistency of thick sour cream. Grease the form with butter, lightly sprinkle with breadcrumbs or semolina and pour out the dough. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Garnish with whipped cream and fruit if you wish.

50 minutes

Note

This is an incredible pie cake for all occasions! It is prepared quickly and easily! Tip: You can substitute apple jam with any other jam on hand. Sometimes I add poppy seeds or nuts!
