Firstly, so as not to scratch the table, and secondly, the silicone is slightly springy, allowing the stamp to sink deeper and easily cut through the dough. After all, stamps with jagged edges cannot be twisted so that the beautiful edges of the dumplings do not turn into an absurd flaw. That is, we literally do the following: pressed it - moved it towards itself - shook the dumpling out of the stamp. Only three movements.
