Natalishka
Anna, Today I took out 4 frozen khachapurks from the freezer, immediately smeared their yolk + a little water and into a preheated oven for 15 minutes. How simple and fast, and delicious. Annechka again, thank you very much for the recipe

Thanks for the recipe, Anna! Is it possible to add cottage cheese to the filling?
Kirks
Anna thanks for the recipe. today I made khachapuri, the yeast was dry and the dough did not rise in the refrigerator for 2 hours. She pulled it out and put it in a warm place, an hour later she was already sculpturing khachapuri. She hid four of them in the freezer, baked one in the oven, and made the other round and fried in a dry frying pan. I liked both options. It is tasty and the stock of khachapuri warms the soul, it is convenient for breakfasts and unexpected guests.

Just today, I saw the messages. Natalishka, I don’t grease frozen khachapuri at all, I can only grind it with grated cheese. Handsome men turn out. And with the yolk, probably a feast for the eyes.

Ira, you can add cottage cheese to the filling, but I also add feta cheese and Russian cheese or something like it to it, so that the filling is sharp enough. And I also put butter and raw eggs in the filling.

Kirks, that's why I don't like dry yeast, I try to bake it with fresh yeast. correctly you noticed the smell of khachapuri warms the soul, and even with a cup of coffee.

I like khachapuri, which I take out of the freezer and bake, more than freshly baked ones. Girls, which ones did you like more?

Reporting on my first khachapurn experience
The dough was kneaded by a bread maker, I was busy with the filling. The filling contained cottage cheese and hard cheese. After raising the dough in the refrigerator, I started cutting. I made a pizza for the child, and put the rest of the dough on khachapuri. 2 in the oven, 1 in a dry skillet (after frying a bit with oil), the rest in the frost.
We ate everything. They agreed in tastes - I liked khachapuri in a frying pan more, because it was in this form that we ate at a local restaurant and there this dish sunk into our souls (fond memories and prompted me to bake myself). Khachapuri in the oven reminded me personally of bread with cheese and a crispy bottom, but still delicious, of course. But the pizza turned out to be gorgeous, my son said that he was ready to take this to school for a snack
Got a question. If I take out a frozen workpiece, then before frying in a pan, should I let it go? With the oven, I realized that I should immediately fry the frozen one.

Oh, and I forgot to write one more advantage of frying in a pan - everything happens very quickly.

Anya, thank you !!!

Irin, such a detailed report, well done !!!
If I fried khachapuri in a pan, I would defrost it, otherwise it will not be fried.
I have a cool recipe for khachapuri that must be fried. I rarely cook, because it is high in calories, but very tasty. We'll have to collect my thoughts and lay out.
I will definitely try to bake pizza on this dough.
Natalishka
Anna, My pizza is already obessed.Yesterday I froze a few (pizzas). How to prepare, I will report. I liked the frozen khachapuri.
RusAnna
Well, girls you give. All tomorrow I will bake khachapurki !!!
Scarlett
RusAnna, I will also join the rave reviews. I have baked it many times, and now I have my own version, which turned out quite by accident. In the evening, I kneaded the dough, put it in the refrigerator - and safely forgot about it until morning. In the morning I cut it up (in the filling I like a mixture of homemade cottage cheese, grated cheese - you can melt, only good) and an egg, salt it well). I put it in the oven at 30 degrees for 15-20 minutes, then took it out, greased it with vegetable oil and - into the oven at 200 degrees ("Bread" mode - heating up and down). Incredibly tender dough, and the aroma is for the whole apartment. For breakfast - it is the most - both fast and satisfying!
RusAnna
Scarlett, thanks for the feedback, just got to the internet today. And now I add more butter to the dough, the dough then turns out to be crispy and very tasty. Khachapuri are always in my freezer, in case of emergency.
Rieri
Girls, did anyone do it not in an oven or bread maker, but in a slow cooker?
RusAnna
Rieri, I've never tried it, but I have a regular CF without bells and whistles. Although you can try it on baked goods, fry on one side and then turn over to the other. For a crust of khachapuri, grease on both sides with a mixture of raw egg and melted butter, I do this when I fry them in a pan. I only make the dough on kefir, but I think it will be delicious with this dough.
Rieri
RusAnna, thanks for the answer! I have a slow cooker recently, so I'm trying now hard ... Today I'm going to make in it according to your recipe
RusAnna
Good luck, unsubscribe the result.
Rieri
Yesterday I tried it in MV - everything is fine. I didn't even think that it would work the first time. True, I didn't have time to take a picture, my family was all too fast
RusAnna
We must try.
letka-enka2
RusAnna, thanks for the recipe, that's what I got, (though I replaced milk with kefir and water 50 * 50)
Khachapuri... Delicious!
RusAnna
Lena, I'm glad that I liked the recipe !!!
