Cabbage casserole

Ingredients

cabbage small forks 1 piece
turnip onion 1 piece
medium carrots 1 piece
semolina 2-3 st. spoons
cottage cheese (I have homemade) 150-200 grams
egg 5-6 pieces
feta cheese (I have homemade) or any cheese 100-150 grams
salt taste
favorite spices taste
frying oil
margarine for mold lubrication

Cooking method

  • Chop the cabbage thinly (I chopped the Berner grater)
  • Cut the onion into half rings, rub the carrots coarsely.
  • Saute the onions and carrots lightly.
  • Add cabbage and lightly fry too.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Put semolina. You can not put it, but it is safer.
  • Mash cottage cheese.
  • Beat eggs with a fork.
  • Mix all products, add salt and spices.
  • Lubricate the form.
  • Lay out the cabbage. Flatten.
  • Grate the cheese on top.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  • Get it. Allow to cool.
  • Slice and serve with or without sour cream.
