Pancakes from boiled potatoes and canned fish

Ingredients

large boiled potatoes 3 pcs.
canned food 1 can
canned mushrooms, sliced 1/2 cans
medium onion 1 head
mayonnaise 2-3 st. heaped spoons
flour 2 tbsp. spoons
eggs 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Drain the liquid from the canned food, add the peeled and coarsely grated potatoes, finely chopped onions, mushrooms, eggs, mayonnaise, flour. Mix everything, bake and eat with sour cream.

Note

A very quick dinner / breakfast / snack from what is often left in the fridge. I think you can also rub a piece of cheese there. And add greenery.
