Pancakes from oat-rye flakes on kefir

Ingredients

flakes of 4-5 cereals or oat flakes (long) 1 glass
rye flakes 1/2 cup
old kefir 2 glasses
eggs 3 pcs.
salt taste
sugar 1-5 tbsp. l. taste
dried apricots 1/2 cup or any berries, dried fruit to taste

Cooking method

  • Pour the cereal into a bowl, fill it with kefir, mix and leave overnight. It turns out a thick viscous mass-porridge.

  • Add eggs, salt, sugar, mix until smooth.

  • Add dried apricots in small pieces, mix.

  • Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil, and spread the dough with a tablespoon in the pan, fry on both sides.


  • I don't add flour to pancakes... I follow the state of the crust, the bottom should be browned, and the top will go a little with bubbles, then the pancakes freely lag behind the pan and can be turned over to the other side.

Note

Very tender and delicious pancakes! For breakfast with coffee, tea and even take to work for a snack - just right!
