A small manual for cooking pilaf in a multicooker Element Elchef FWA01.
It is best to take meat for pilaf either the neck, or some kind of meat with a small layer of bacon. Lean pork or chicken makes pilaf a little dry, I don't really like it.
I take round rice (not steamed in any way), sometimes I do this: I put 2 cups of round rice and one cup of long rice, it also turns out delicious.
I take cups for the measure of rice and water not from the multicooker (which was included in the kit), but simple cups, mugs of 250-300 ml (as you like).
THE RECIPE OF THE UZBEK Plov:

Pork meat 700-1000 gr
Rice round 3 cups
Onions 3 large heads (you need a lot of onions as they will fry)
Carrots 1-2 large
Garlic 1 head
Vegetable oil 50-70 ml (depending on the fat content of pork)
Seasoning for pilaf 1-2 teaspoons (I take knor or similar)
Warm water 4 cups
Salt to taste
COOKING:
I turn on the FRYING mode for 40 minutes, pour oil into the bowl, add onion chopped into small stitches, fry the onion until very golden (this is about half an hour), maybe less. I cut the meat in medium (not small pieces about 2 by 2 cm), the carrots are not very finely cut. When the onions are fried, I add the meat, periodically stir the meat while frying. I fry for 10-15 minutes, I look at the meat itself. I add carrots. I fry for 6-7 minutes, stir, if there is not enough time, I add a little more. I turn off meat and vegetables. I measure out rice: for 3 cups of rice without a slide, 4 cups of water.
I pour water into the multicooker bowl with meat and vegetables (I heat the water a little in the microwave so as not to pour cold water). WE DO NOT SALT WATER !!! We turn on the stew mode for 35-40 minutes.
When it remains until the end of the RAGU program for 5-7 minutes, I rinse the rice very thoroughly in warm water (so as not to put cold rice in boiling water)
At the end of the RAGU program, I open the hook, turn on the PASTA mode (the water starts to boil), press the PASTA button again and salt the water (so that it seems well salted), add seasoning for pilaf, put a head of garlic in the center. I turn off the PASTA program, pour the rice neatly into the bowl, level it (if it seems to you that there is not enough water, do not add more, otherwise it will turn out to be porridge as well) there is enough water. I close the lid and turn on the BALANCED CROPA program.
If you do everything exactly as I wrote, then you will get a wonderful pilaf at the exit.
If anyone needs to write how many grams of rice and water in ml, I will measure and write.
At first, the recipe seems to be possibly complicated, but I do it on the automatism in an hour and a half.
