Morse from wild berries

Morse from wild berries

Ingredients

water 2 l
berries (cranberries, blueberries, lingonberries, raspberries) 400 g
granulated sugar 200-250 g
honey (optional) when consumed

Cooking method

  • Berries (you can use one type of berries, or you can use the mixture in any proportions that are tasty for you), sort and rinse. Transfer to a clean, dry dish and knead with a wooden crush. Transfer the crushed berries to cheesecloth, squeeze out the juice and set it aside. If there is a juicer, we trust this process to her, she copes with it perfectly.
  • Bring the water to a boil, add berry cake and granulated sugar. Let it boil again.
  • Strain the warm broth, add berry juice.
  • Pour fruit drink into a glass, add 1-2 tsp of honey if desired.
  • Good health and bon appetit to all!

Note

I didn't find a recipe on the site, I'm filling the gap. Maybe someone will come in handy.
I will be glad if someone else shares their own way of making this healthy and tasty drink!

MORS is a drink made from berry juice, diluted with water and slightly sweetened.

The shape of the vessel into which this wonderful drink is poured is interesting.
This is a glass and a mug rolled into one.
The designer is clearly "our" person.
