Beetroot with prunes stewed in Oursson pressure cooker

Ingredients

Fresh beets 400-500 grams
Dried prunes 10-12 pcs.
Sour cream 200 grams
Ghee (butter) + vegetable butter 1 st. l. taste
Aromatic vinegar 1 tbsp. l. (used my cherry vinegar)
White sugar 1 tbsp. l. taste
Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l.
Fresh garlic 1-2 teeth
Parsley 1-2 tbsp. l.
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the beets into strips (slices), put in the saucepan of the pressure cooker.
  • Add prunes, vegetable oil, ghee, vinegar, sugar, salt to taste, add water to almost cover the beets with water.
  • Close the lid, set the EXTINGUISH mode, pressure 1 (low), default time 40 minutes, turn on the START button. Switch off the pressure cooker after cooking.
  • Turn the pressure cooker into BAKING mode, let the beets heat up, let it boil.
  • Dilute sour cream with a little water, add flour, stir until smooth.
  • Add crushed garlic, parsley, sour cream with flour to the beets, mix and simmer a little so that the mass thickens.
  • We turn off the pressure cooker, the beetroot stew with prunes and sour cream is ready!
