German dessert with beer

Ingredients

light beer 500 ml
sugar 2 tbsp
whole carnation 2 pcs
rum 2 tbsp
toast bread 2 pcs
cinnamon for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • A dessert for the brave, not everyone dares to try sweet warm beer!
  • Cook the bread in a toaster, cut into cubes. Boil the beer with sugar and cloves, add rum, remove from heat. Put bread cubes in a warmed beer mug and pour over a beer drink, sprinkle with cinnamon, eat dessert with a spoon. The beer chosen for preparation should not be tart and bitter, the variety should be pleasant and soft. The bread is soaked with a hoppy drink, it smells like lemonade with cinnamon!
