That's interesting, maybe someone had something earlier ?! I had Shteba first, and then Orsyusha. So Shtebik is a friend and comrade, a workhorse, everything in him is clear and the buttons are so prominent! But with Orsyusha, I’m on you, so far I’ll calculate how much time it takes to set pressure, how much to cook ... The display is inconvenient IMHO. Looks more glamorous, cooks porridge soups delicately Karoch, I will not part with Orsyusha! But I would advise Stebu first!

After 3 years of service, it stopped gaining pressure, I press on the lid, the pressure pimple will jump out, let it go down again (((
I'm not going to leave, I'll carry it for repair.

Through Orson's service store, you can order a new cap along with "pressure" and the price is normal - they even send it by mail

GriNata, Natalia, the pressure can be moping because of the silicone gaskets on the valves, they can be bought at the office. on the website they are sold complete with an O-ring.

Tanyulya, Hello! Tell me please, Does Oursson 5040 psd induction cook well, is it good? Isn't there a lot of steam coming out of it while cooking? Someone wrote in the internet that a couple comes out of it at 500-600 ml per one cooking and the furniture in a pair deteriorates, it's scary to buy, and cooks for a very long time, longer than usual. Is that so or not? Can a loved one buy her mother as a present? Thank you.

Igor59, I don’t know about Oursson, I don’t have it, but a lot of steam comes out of multicooker with an automatic valve, this valve releases it itself, how much it comes out depends on the program, the steam release algorithm is different (I have cuckoos and bork), it’s better not to put such multicooker under the lockers.

Admin, does Oursson 5040 psd induction cook well?

I don't have such a slow cooker.

I have a Oursson 5005 multicooker-pressure cooker and I am very happy with it. This is an old model.
But, you can buy the Oursson 5015 multicooker-pressure cooker from the same series - it will be the same, it cooks well

Recipes can be viewed here Oursson MP5005 and MP5015 pressure cooker recipes

This was discussed in our forum, in the topic of this model.

It all depends on the design of the valves and the principle of pressure regulation (maintenance). In most pressure cookers, from the simple and inexpensive to the more sophisticated, the valve usually closes the moment the pressure builds up and no longer hovers throughout the cooking time. The pressure is maintained by a simple mechanical sensor, and only if, in some emergency situation, the pressure exceeds the operating pressure, the safety vapor release valve, also mechanical, in fact, a weight plugging the hole in the lid, will work.
But there are pressure cookers of a more complex design, with an electromagnetic valve, or a mechanical steam release valve, but with a spring that regulates the actuation of the valve for pressure. In such cases, excess pressure can be released during the cooking process, thereby maintaining the desired operating pressure. I don't have Oursson 5040, I don't know how everything works there. But if real users write that steam comes out, and a lot comes out, this should not be considered a marriage, apparently, this is the system for maintaining the necessary pressure there.
As for the questions whether this or that device cooks well, it does not really depend on the model and the company. Basically, the taste of the final dish depends on the quality of the food and the recipe.
There is no big difference how the bowl with food heats up - heating element or induction. Induction heating has less inertness than heating elements, you will gain two or three minutes at the stage of initial heating. And then the soup, or porridge, or other dish will cook at the same speed.
If we talk about pressure cookers in comparison with multicooker without pressure, there is a benefit when cooking lingering dishes, such as jellied meat, cooking tough meat or legumes. And when cooking simple dishes, the gain in time is almost invisible, since the pressure cooker must spend some time heating the water and turning it into steam in order to create excess pressure. And then, at the end of cooking, it takes time for this pressure to release, that is, the contents of the bowl have cooled down a little, otherwise the lid will not open while there is excess pressure. You can relieve pressure with a special valve, but do it very carefully so as not to get a strong jet of steam along with the contents (broth, soup, milk, etc.).
As for reliability, any brands have a risk of breakage, even expensive and fancy ones. Therefore, I do not like to give recommendations on choosing a device. Even if I can judge by the multicooker and pressure cooker that I use, and they never let me down (i.e., t!), This does not mean that someone does not have breakdowns in the same models.
Therefore, read the forums, it is better to those profile topics, for specific models, study what real users write. The choice is yours and good luck!
Sorry for so many letters in this post.

Good day!
On the advice of Admin (Tatiana), I read, read the forum in search of a kitchen helper, and came to the Oursen pressure cooker. There was never a multicooker, but now, in order to save time, I wanted a pressure cooker. Please tell me if Oursen is suitable for Stewing meat, Boiling soups (pickle, pea), Boiling rice porridge, buckwheat, Cooking pilaf and Steaming? There are many programs in different multicooker (different brands), but as far as I understand from the comments, not all multicooker can cope with all tasks.
Model looked after MP5015PSD / IV

Margareth, everything that you have listed - I cook and cook in Oursson multicooker. I have 2 models 5005 and 5015, one for a summer residence, the second in an apartment, slight differences in program names and display backlighting.

Thank you, how to buy a multicooker - I will study
Loremia
Margareth, yes, at 5015, such an unobtrusive backlight, you can see the cooking time from a distance. I have to come very close to 5005.
