there was already a stove, nothing ever worked, a little with weight or temperature you make a mistake - brick! but I still want to please my home with bread myself.

ancheus, so you read a couple of pages of the last. If you are satisfied with the difficulties that this stove creates (in short, the bucket flies out during kneading), then you can safely take it - it kneads and bakes well. Well, if the proportions are wrong in the bread dough, and, therefore, the bun is wrong, then in any stove either a brick or a curved cake will be
vernisag
Not well, the stove is certainly good, but we did it this way .... And it bakes perfectly.
kukuin
I also bought this bread maker, chose by functionality. My wife (and me too) really liked the look - she said to take it from the non-baker (Stadler Form Baker Two). I knew (from the same site) that the bucket was flying out of the mountings, but I decided that I would think of something when I brought it home.
The bucket really flies out when bread is baked from dark flour (baked 6 times, flew out twice), and I had to adapt (a 2 cm wide stop made of something heat-resistant (fluoroplastic pieces), which is suspended on a hook (bent from a stationery scrapbook) to the handle of the bucket, and is located between the bucket and the wall of the bread machine and prevents the bucket from turning out). How it looks - in the pictures below.
And the stove is cool, everything works out, only there is no time to master it, the dough for dumplings is especially interesting. Has anyone tried it?

Made on Sunday, waited for my wife to test. The idea worked. I'll see it myself this weekend.

Hello kukuin! Well, you are a direct inventor, I do not look at the difficulties, and you are struggling with this problem in the stove. Well, of course, your device is also an option for solving the problem, because otherwise HP does not do its job badly. Well, I have no men in the house and there is no one to invent such, though not cunning, devices, and in general I believe that the new technique should work without failures and clearly perform all its declared functions. Well, we have already received money for these stoves, Irina irman bought a Panasonic, but I'm still thinking ... And I wish you good luck!
kukuin
Hello vernisag!
I am glad that you have already received money for these stoves, because I also believe that the new equipment should work smoothly and clearly fulfill all its declared functions. I hoped that this bitter cup would pass me by, but if it doesn’t pass, then I’ll think of something (thanks to your blog - it immediately became clear what would have to be done if suddenly)

In this, on each baking, during the last kneading, she makes a strong jerk in the opposite direction, so that the folding spatula (which I do not use) would fold, and at this moment the bucket flies out and falls at one corner on the ten.

, I have no strength to wander around the services.
In the morning I left for work, put my nose in the stove - the bucket flew out, corrected it, and on Sunday I did it for almost an hour.

Yes, for the happy owners of this stove, upset by the bucket flying out of the mount - (I just visited) the emphasis can be made of silicone (cut out of a silicone brush (~ 50 rubles worth), baking dishes, ... - this is sold everywhere), and not from brass and secondary plastic, it is much simpler and more affordable.
irman
So all the same it is a disease of CP Stadler Form, and I hoped that Irisha and I were just unlucky.
vernisag
I also thought HP was in metal. the case without this problem, since the reviews on the Yandex market are good.People are so interesting, they write reviews right after the purchase, but all the nuances are revealed only after several months of operation ...

I was ashamed, went, corrected the review. It was high time.
I wrote a review right after the purchase because nothing was known about this bread maker, and the first review was clearly biased - a lie about a spatula that is not baked in a loaf and does not create a hole.
There is also a problem with a flying bucket, alas, almost every pastry.
vernisag
Oh, isn't it possible that all the stoves are defective? ... And what did you decide whether to keep or change?
irman
It seems to me better to change, since the marriage is factory-made, after repair it may work for a while, and then it will be the same, since the mount is not so hot.
vernisag
* JOKINGLY * Get out kukuin does not despair, invented the device and uses it further ...
irman
Nooo, this is not for me. Give that kind of money, and then be wise, and not everyone can. Better to rent and buy a normal stove.
kukuin
My wife really liked the stove - bunny # 2 (# 1 is a washing machine), bakes a lot, tries all sorts of recipes (they shift towards whole grain flour with all sorts of seeds - the dispenser works well). Everything turns out! and everything is eaten !! (now - mostly by me, for obvious reasons). And after buying a couple of loaves, I baked and recently kneaded the dough, and that's it, and my wife turned around in earnest (and I tried to persuade them to buy, and bought with the expectation of myself).
Once or twice, the bucket was turned inside out (in two months), despite the adaptation (though her wife installed it). But this is not critical, I will make something more comfortable (somehow).

In vain, of course, the manufacturer with this folding spatula and a jerk in the opposite direction at the end of the last workout muddied it up - it's so cool to think it over, execute it, and screw it up with some useless, idiotic ratsuha! It's a shame.

I'll see what happens next with the stove, two months of operation is not a period.

I also liked how the stove baked.
Hello!!!
Did you manage to buy a new bread maker? I sooooo wanted to buy a stadler, but, of course, problems with the bucket stop it! The kid is one year old, I would like to give good bread, not a store one ... You would not advise a bread maker instead of a stadler, in terms of functions, it suits me perfectly, especially something that kneads the dough well from coarse flour.
vernisag
Hello! Almost all bread makers are now kneaded from coarse flour (or whole grain) Buy Panasonic SD-2501WTS , I think you will be happy with it, very good stove.
Mirabella
Thank you very much for your reply! I'm also looking at Unold 68511, it has some kind of super-duper coating, Kenwood BM900 and of course Panasonic 2501 and 2502! Maybe you've heard something about the first two models? I'm afraid to get stuck with breakdowns, etc., because there is absolutely no way to engage in exchange, repairs ...
vernisag
I can’t say anything about these stoves. They are for very large bread, right up to 1800 g, I don’t like stoves with two knives for kneading, I didn’t even consider them (and my family is small ...) Try to ask questions here, maybe girls and will prompt something.

Good luck! And Panas 2501 is not a bad option.

Thank you! I'm already inclined to Panasonic, they praise him) Tell me, please, purely rye and whole grain, without adding wheat flour, does this model work well? And then we are all on a diet))) in the sense that I'm on a diet
irman
I don’t bake pure rye, but 50x50 turns out well.

Irin, take the girl by the handle and lead her to your topic about Panasonic.
Mirabella
This is the zagvostka, seemingly rye flour is very viscous and not all bread makers produce pure rye bread.
irman
Mirabella, ask here here.

Meet me too
Newbie, no stove yet, I'm waiting for the choice of vernisag. Was on the verge of buying a stadler. Panasonic is with my brother (I don't remember the model), so they rarely bake and only white according to 1 permanent recipe. And I plan to bake only wholemeal flour, diet breads with different grains. What do you advise??? Can kenwood 450?
Many are discouraged.
Irinka vernisag, what do you say?
vernisag
Sorry, I completely forgot to answer you ... You probably want a programmable stove? In general, Panasonic is a very good oven and you can bake any bread there. They talked me out of kenwood 450, they don't say very much
I really liked the DeLonghi EOB 2071 and Moulinex RZ7101 Mini Ovens

Thanks for the answer. I understand that you have chosen a mini oven. I would like to see photos of new masterpieces from this oven. And I still choose. First, I ordered oursson, but canceled the delivery because of emotional distress. Now I'm waiting for the third series of stadler form, but again my mental doubts are raging. My husband is already nervous, “how many such little things can you choose? hope that in series three they thought of reprogramming the push force so that the bucket stays in place.
How does this mini oven handle bread and will it replace an oven?
vernisag
Oh, I wrote that I like it ... but I don't have it, I could not buy it, I only dream ...
I gave you a link to a topic about this stove, it bakes bread perfectly, is programmable, it bakes perfectly any pastries, pies, pizza, etc., bakes any products - potatoes with meat and much more like a regular electric oven. Yes, there is even a video in the subject and there are many owners of this stove, who will tell you everything more and better than me.
And at the expense of the stler, I can't say anything ...
vkunya
Well, I sorted it out and got over it ... I refused delivery and Stadler too. Today we brought a beautiful delonghe 2071 mini-oven and scales. I read the instructions, turned it on and .... no contact It does not turn on at all, and the sockets were checked, and the buttons were pressed ... Well, it does not turn on and that's it. It's good that I didn't have time to start washing the dishes supplied. Such a sadness ... And the oven is beautiful, I already dreamed of how I would cook buns and casseroles, in addition to bread. True, the door is really rather weak, I hoped it would be like in a refrigerator
I already wrote a complaint to the Internet-shop, and called, but did not like the manager's answer that they did not want to return the money. In a complaint about Article 18 of the Consumer Law she indicated.
Forum users, what do you say?
vernisag
vkunya so now you have to go to the topic about delongi, maybe they will say there what is wrong. But as far as I know that there is a power button at the bottom somewhere.
vkunya
Yes, at the bottom of the side, and also the "start" in front. Our whole family has already tried all the buttons, dead
vernisag
Is the cord to the stove itself removable? Maybe it moves away a little
vkunya
Nope not removable
vernisag
Well, can’t you change it? If it does not work, they are obliged to change. And in general, you need to check the goods upon receipt.
vkunya
In general, if we return the money, I will take ourssen. For that kind of money, full functionality, and if it breaks, it's not so pity.
vkunya
Upon receipt, everything was checked, but they did not reach the outlet ... the law of meanness
vernisag
The first thing to check is to plug it in and go over the buttons, see if what moves and heats up ...
vkunya
Now I will remember for the rest of my life I am always so meticulous in these things, but today, as something turned off, I hurried to bake bread as soon as possible ...
vkunya
I returned the mini-oven and took it away without further ado. Perhaps I was unlucky with her, although I think that I was still lucky, because we immediately understood what kind of g ...... quality.
Today, at last, I waited for a bread maker, still settled on a baker three forms stler. Let's see how in the future, but at first glance, comparing with delongues, it is not essential.Everything is very well thought out: the bucket is not just inserted, but twisted (probably to avoid flying out like in previous models); and the lid not only opens / closes, but also can be removed (for me it is relevant, because above the countertop where I placed the breadmaker, hanging boxes with dishes that prevent the breadmaker's lid from opening completely in height). In general, while I am delighted Now I will study its direct purpose.

No, this is my favorite bread for every day: 500 g of flour, 260 ml of warm water, butter 40 g, mustard oil 1 tbsp, 1.5 tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp, salt, 12 g of yeast or 1.5 tsp of saf moment.
I also want to try this one for the first time. Question 1: what spoons to measure? in set 2, the smallest 1/4, and the other double and without graduation. How to understand where is the tea room and where is the dining room?
Question 2: melt the butter, or will the sour cream be enough?
Thanks in advance for your reply. Sorry for stupid questions

Bread Maker Stadler Form Baker One SFBM.990, Two SFBM.9900

Here, on the one hand is a dining room, on the other, a teaspoon (I don't use it, only sometimes I measure out dry yeast) You don't need to heat the oil, we take it from the refrigerator, weigh it and put it in a bucket of hp (well, you can cut it smaller)
vkunya
Thank you! Bakes already But I had to fix the bucket before the 3rd rise. Maybe I didn’t completely twist the bucket, I was afraid that the water would mix with flour?
irman
You have finished everything, it's just that they are not finalizing the model. ... We had the same thing. At first I also thought that I didn’t screw it up, but no .... I wish you had everything differently. Good luck!
vkunya
And if you don't fix the bucket? If I had not read about it on this forum, I would not have corrected it, thinking that it should be. It didn’t skew upward, it just didn’t get up exactly ... and without any sounds.
And the bread turned out to be very tasty, only the hat is lightish (the crust is 3 out of 5 exposed).
vkunya
Here I baked 1 white bread on the program with the addition of 1/3 barley flour and instead of sunflower, as in the recipe, I added pumpkin. Everything is delicious, the bucket did not fly out, I twisted it harder to the stop before starting. But the question is ripe: why does bread have a damp structure? Baked, though I get light hats, and the crumbs are damp

Yeah, I just couldn't wait for it to cool down.

Ay-yay-yayyy! This cannot be done with bread. Only after reaching room temperature. Try to wait until it cools down and you will see a colossal difference. The bread will be completely baked.
We've all been through this. First of all, there is no strength to endure. But bear with gritting your teeth. Hide if you are not sure of yourself. And everything will work out for you. The first steps are already very successful and effective. Good luck!
