Airy like white bread, I don't really like that, although it's delicious.

The bread is delicious, but very soft. Mine are not very fond of this. We will experiment.
Manna
Girls, your bread is pretty porous Well done And the stove is well done - it bakes evenly
irman
Ir, can we just turn on the bread maker for baking or not?

So yes, I just baked the last one on baking, it only burns very strongly, it is not regulated and it takes only 45-50 minutes.

And how does baking turn on? Please tell me.
vernisag
So the 13th program, the time can be subtracted by a minus.
irman
Thank you! This means I so inattentively read the instructions ay yay.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Well IRINA, was the bread maker good? Look what kind of bread he bakes. But not perfect, as I understand it, the pumping does not turn off, right?
vernisag
No Ksyusha, such an infection will still turn on. Manual settings do not suit me, there is no rye bread ..., only the shape of the bucket and the color on the top crust pleases me. here ...
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Clear, Ira... We have not yet made an ideal CP for rye bread. Apparently, when developing bread makers, they do not bother to bake at least one rye bread. That is, they do not delve into the subtleties.
vernisag
And in your three, isn't there ave. Rye? Or do you just not like it? And it seems that everything is fine with the rye bread program in Panasonic, or am I mistaken? I really wanted a Panasonic 257, but they are not on sale ...
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
I have BORODINSKY in Moulinex. But this is a parody. The duration is only 1:42. What is it?
vernisag
And I read the binaton, you praise, is it normal programming?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
In the binaton, the shaking is not disabled. But I already got used to baking rye breads in a semi-automatic mode. It also tastes better for me.

Well, she probably means how I baked yesterday, programmed the first minimum batch, rise, the second knead for 10 minutes and rise, then turn off the baking and so on.

Yes, Ira writes everything correctly. Batch 1, rest, batch 2, proofing, turn off, still grow as much as necessary and baked goods.
vernisag
I set the second proofing for two hours and there, according to the circumstances, as I grew up well, I transfer it to baking. Yesterday, exactly an hour later, I turned on the baking.

Bread Maker Stadler Form Baker One SFBM.990, Two SFBM.9900Bread Maker Stadler Form Baker One SFBM.990, Two SFBM.9900In general, I got gluten on my own yesterday panifarin , then we got this kind of bread with the addition of it.
Manna
Irish, the bread turned out beautiful.
That's just ... this kind of bread (with an excess of gluten) may be pleasant for its durability, but it is not very good for the intestines. So ... they shouldn't get carried away So ... if only to indulge
irman
And I was left without a bread machine. Today I took her to the service. Irish, do you remember I wrote that they changed the bucket for me in the store, since it was scratched, and now the new one pops up in time for the kneading. It's a pity, it bakes too well.

Irman, and you fix it by turning the bucket? Or is it some kind of breakdown?

The bucket weakly snaps into place, something is probably with the mount, with the first everything was fine.

I wonder if they can do something ...? From the beginning, this bucket was taken out so tightly, especially for the first time, everything was hotter, the bread was high, I barely got it. And now it is much weaker, as if it also did not loosen up completely ...

Let's see, I'll bring you my answer. The first bucket did not fly out, it's a pity that it was defective.

Yes, I read that it is not very useful, so I wanted to try, from 500g of flour in total, it turned out 150g of gluten. The bread turned out to be very tasty, but I did the same with the addition of sourdough. A new one to grow, they gave the house heating, but I don't want to mess with it like that ...
irman
How I missed my stove, I want my bread.
vernisag
Come to me, I will bake you, or send it by mail? And, I can’t have a guy from Dzerzhinsk working with a courier, Nada?

Gluten can be added to gluten-free flours: buckwheat, corn ...
irman
Irish, have you seen another branch about our stove?
vernisag
Manna says that I opened the topic in the wrong section and there the girl got lost, did not find us ...
marina88
Girls, hello!
what a cool forum you have, I read it, I'm not overjoyed)) I also want to buy a bread maker, I saw a beautiful Stadler Form in the store.))
Can you tell me what it really is, is it worth taking? Or is there no better Kenwood?
I read the instructions, there are a hundred programs and bells and whistles, are they needed or is it all advertising?
I will be waiting for your answer. Thank you =)
Manna
Marina, I can be showered with slippers, but ... most often it happens like this: a new stove is bought, they start playing with all the fancy programs, and then as a result they use two or three. These are "Basic", "Dough" and sometimes "French", "Baking". Most often, the bread maker is used as a kneader, and the bread is baked in the oven. So my answer to the question "Are all these fancy programs needed?" - No, they are not needed. And if you bake sourdough bread, then none of the proposed programs will be suitable for these purposes, if you only dance with "Manual". This is how everyone dances with any bread maker, not just Stadler. Just ... in order to decide on the choice of a bread machine, you need to understand what exactly do you expect from it?
vernisag
Oh, thanks to Mannochka for answering! I can only add the following on my own. Read this entire topic from the beginning, there are answers to some of your questions, including about kenwood.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Manna... and why throw slippers at you ??? You’re telling the truth.

Marina, there is absolutely nothing to add. You can also bake excellent bread in an oven with five modes on two buttons, without adjusting the weight and crust, costing less than 1,500 rubles. Which is what my friend does.
If you are new to baking, it might be worth playing around. And the stove, as far as I can judge from this topic, is not bad. A very decent stove.
marina88
Girls,
Thanks for answers!
And 5 modes of frying crusts, what do you think?
And I was also interested - consultants in Technosila told me that there is a program - bread mixes, you buy a ready-made mixture, fill it with water and wait =) has anyone used such a program?
And there is also some kind of program number 9 in the instructions, a special one, written without flour, I didn't understand something about this program ... Maybe someone knows?

Yes, there really is such a program 8 ready-mixed bread , but it is quite possible to replace it with the first main one. Program number 9 gourmet bread for baking without yeast on soda. But I did not understand why there are 3 kneads and three proofings (5, 30 and 35 minutes), baking for 70 minutes (2 hours 50 minutes). You can of course try it, but it seems to me that you can bake it on a cake program.
marina88
Vernisag, thanks =)
Have you tried these different degrees of roasting? on all bread makers - 3 pieces, but on this 5 modes?
All the same, such beauty must be taken)))

Take it, take it, and come here to us. I really like how she bakes. I mostly do it on a medium crust (3).
vernisag
Well, I only use 3 and 4 crust, I like the middle one, I don't like too white, but the burned identity is somehow not very ... The temperature on the baked goods is quite high and it is better to put butter bread on 2-3 crust, 3-4 Well, if it can be 4-5 without oil at all, but I don't bake that.

Girls, you can shower me with slippers, but it seems to me that the price of this stove is unreasonably high. For what? For the design? For a bunch of unnecessary programs and types of crust, when usually one crust and a couple of programs are used? The bucket seems to be good, but now you are writing that it has become worse to be fixed (and even flies), but only a month of use has passed ... Yes, the oven kneads and bakes really well. It is a fact.
