Cooking method

  • Wash the fish fillet, dry it, peel it off.
  • Sprinkle the surface of the table with flour. Roll out the puff pastry into 2 thin layers.
  • Put one layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Put the white fish fillet on the dough.
  • Peel the onions and carrots, chop and fry in hot vegetable oil. Wash the greens, chop finely and mix with the onions. Add a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture evenly over the pike perch. Put the salmon fillet on top. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover with a second layer of puff pastry.
  • Use your hand to outline the outline of the fish. Cut off the excess dough, stepping back from the edge by 1.5-2 cm. Fold the edge under the pie.
  • Roll up thin strips from the remains of the dough and make an eye and a gill outline out of them.
  • Grease the surface of the pie with a lightly beaten egg and place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 °.
