Zucchini casserole with mushrooms (Brand 6050 pressure cooker)

Ingredients

Zucchini 1 kg.
Mushrooms 300-400 gr.
Bulb onions 1 large onion
Carrot 1 PC.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Flour 3 tbsp. l
Starch 2 tbsp. l
Garlic 2-3 teeth
Cheese for sprinkling
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. If a lot of juice comes out, squeeze out. Fry the onions until golden brown. Add finely chopped garlic and mushrooms, fry everything thoroughly, cool. Grate carrots, mix with zucchini, add mushrooms and onions. Season with salt, pepper, mix well. Add eggs, stir, add flour and starch, mix everything well. Grease the bowl, lay out the zucchini-mushroom mixture, smooth, sprinkle with grated cheese with serkha. Baking mode 55 minutes. Cool the casserole completely before removing from the bowl.
