ANGELINA BLACKmore

Il, I cut the ham into thin strips and mix in the minced meat along with the rest of the products.
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Nataliya, Tasty, especially if the ham or sausage is of good quality.

: hi: Natasha, and nothing is put on the bottom of the form in which you bake? Pour a little oil or water? The recipe is interesting.

I have a non-stick mat. I do everything on it - I cut the dough, and bake, and bake meat-cutlets, and put it in the freezer tray ...
I have two of them. One is like wax paper, the other is silicone. Pts is convenient.

I also use this, but I was somehow afraid to bake meat on it without a lid.

A piece of meat to bake, of course, is not comme il faut, but cutlets, hedgehogs, cabbage rolls are lazy - these are just on the way. It works out perfectly.

I'll keep it on mind.

Undoubtedly delicious meatballs. Made almost according to the recipe. The only digression - the ham was replaced by pork with veins, cut into small cubes. And this pork is the undisputed decoration of the recipe.
However, strictly IMHO, according to taste (and also according to technology) - these are more meatballs than meatballs. Albeit shaped like meatballs. They were very impressed with the heat of the heat, and after warming up they seemed harsh. I had to warm them up in a creamy tomato sauce, it made them softer.

ANGELINA BLACKmore, cool meatballs! I will definitely try such a delight!

IvaNova, Irish, I think, because of the pork, the toughness manifested itself, the ham is softer ...
Oh, you can also use a creamy tomato sauce! : girl_love: Everything, I'll do it for sure!

ANGELINA BLACKmore, I also liked the recipe. We must try to cook!
Rada-dms, thanks for "refreshing" the topic, otherwise it would "pass" by an interesting recipe!

Tatyana, I'm glad that I liked the recipe. More joy will be if you like the taste.
I make these meatballs periodically. My family loves them.

ANGELINA BLACKmore, I really liked the recipe: simple, quick and tasty. I haven't cooked it yet, but I will definitely do it today. You just need to defrost the minced meat. I will add ham, spices and garlic. I will separately prepare the sauce and pour the meatballs on it when serving. The garnish will be mashed potatoes or crumbly rice. Thanks for the recipe!
