Ingredients

warm milk 1 tbsp.
sugar 4 tbsp. l
dry yeast 1p. (11gr.)
eggs 2 pcs.
margarine 50g.
flour 4st
salt
vanillin
poppy

Cooking method

  • Mix sugar with yeast and add warm milk, beat well. When the foam starts to rise, add eggs, softened margarine, flour in turn. Knead the dough, let stand for 30 minutes. Then put the dough on the table, roll it out in a rectangle 1.5-2 cm thick, put any of the offered filling, roll up a roll, cut into 10 pieces, pinch one bottom and spread the "petals" at the top in the other direction, so that they are more magnificent, put everything in a baking sheet or frying pan oiled. Let it come up for 10-15 minutes. and bake. At the end of baking, grease the top (yolk + sugar).
  • Filling: Jam, poppy seeds, condensed milk (optional)
