Ingredients

Almond 200g
Powdered sugar 150g
Egg white 5 pieces

Cooking method

  • Grind the nuts with a blender. You can take not only almonds, but also different nut mixtures to taste, but then it will be almond, but nutty.
  • We separate the whites from the yolks so that not a drop of the yolk gets into them. We take a large bowl so that there is room for whipping. Beat whites until soft peaks, add powdered sugar, beat until elastic peaks.
  • Gently pour the chopped almonds into the whites and mix with movements from bottom to top to maintain the lightness of the whipped whites.
  • When the nuts are evenly distributed in the whipped egg whites, the dough is ready.
  • Using a spoon or pastry bag, spread the dough in small portions on a baking sheet covered with pastry paper.
  • You can garnish every future cookie with peeled almonds. To do this, dip the almonds in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
  • After that, the skin is easily removed.
  • We bake cookies at 150-160 degrees for about 30 minutes. The longer the baking time, the drier the cookies are.
