Cookies Coconut balls with raisins and prunes

Ingredients

Flour 150 g
Coconut flakes 125 g
Honey 2 tbsp. l.
Softened butter 125 g
Powdered sugar 2 tbsp. l.
FILLING:
Prunes 50 g
Raisins 20 g
Cinnamon 1/4 tsp
Amaretto (I have vermouth, can I have your favorite liqueur or no alcohol) 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • From 125 gr. separate coconut 2 tbsp. l. into a deep plate. In this shavings we will roll cookies.
  • Knead the dough using flour, honey, butter, the remaining coconut flakes and powdered sugar.
  • For the filling, prunes (pre-pour boiling water for 10 minutes) finely chop, add raisins, cinnamon, liquor and mix.
  • From the dough we form a small ball, the size of a walnut. We make a depression, put in some filling and pinch. Roll the ball and roll in coconut flakes. We spread our cookies on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake for about 12-15 minutes at a temperature of 1600With convection (1800With no convection) until golden brown.

Note

Very, very gentle, crumbly, fragrant !!!! It smelled like New Year!
