I made a batch of 320 ml. water, the portion is probably too small, the dough was twisting in two on the mixers. After the second kneading, I took out the stirrers because I didn’t like to pick them out of the finished saddle and formed an even siech by hand. It turned out to be a delicious, fragrant, even bread, but this time the bread did not fall out by itself, it was soldered to the pins, and two large holes on the bottom turned out. Now bread with bran is being kneaded, the recipe has been adjusted to the required volume, the stirrers have been removed again, and the pins have been well greased with butter, maybe this time they will not fry. I wound the balls, folded them into the shape of a bread machine, set them aside for proofing. After 40 min. turned on the baking and, lo and behold, they turned off the light again (something became frequent after N.G.). The dough has already begun to crawl out of the mold, but there is still no light. It was decided to bake in the oven, since the gas is not turned off yet. I had to get nervous, but everything worked out. Of course, the bread turned out to be too airy, porous and soft, but still tasty. They could not stand it, cut it warm, slightly dented the cut. Photos from the phone, do not judge strictly.
