It's easy to adapt a Rolsen bucket, but you don't want to mess around. There remains only an unrecoverable difference in height of 5mm, which is not so essential. The supra paddle fits into it without any problems. Its price is 800 rubles.

First, I diluted the yeast in warm water, poured it into the HP, then put all the loose fines there and added oil, flour on top. Baked on a medium crust 2 mode (French) for 750 gr. loaf. The result was a delicious porous bread with a dark golden crust (unfortunately, the photo could not be taken). Cons - the lid of the loaf still sunk, and the bucket turned out to be small - the dough did not stick out, but it was clear on the bread that it was striving - the edge of the bucket was imprinted and baked a little above it (maybe that's why the roof fell through). In general, I will try to reduce the volume.

According to the same recipe, on the same proportions of everything, white and gray flour was poured in half (forgive for non-specialized terms) on the "quick bread" mode.
The crumb turned out to be finely porous, a regular roll, with a round roof - though it burst at the top.

The loaves jump out of the bucket unexpectedly easily, the knife is not felt AT ALL (I compare it with Binaton from my friends - though there is a two-blade model, you have to shake out the loaf with decent efforts, well, the knives themselves somehow sit differently, higher on the pins, so under them the crust turns out to be decent). So while the hook hangs around, decorates the wall.
