Good day. Do not take it for arrogance, but I'm going to buy myself a HP Supra 355 and toil ... how it will be ...
Judging by your feedback, the first bread turned out to be delicious, but in the photo the top crust is very pale, which confuses me.
Tell me, do you still have a light crust on top of the bread, or have you learned how to fry it to the color of the sides?
deresto
on "dark" with modes - basic and French (500-750 grams), a really well-fried crust is obtained.

Wednesday,

Good day! I'm just going to buy a bread maker of this model, tell me, please, how noisy it is at work, if you set the timer for the night ???

Thank you in advance for your response!

How many times I have not tried, the ruddy crust has never worked

And put bread on at night, probably not worth it. She squeaks very loudly when she asks for seeds to fall asleep (there is no despenser) And so I really like the stove, she kneads the dough for pies and dumplings gorgeous

Good day! And what kind of flour do you use and what kind of yeast do you take ... We bought the stove six months ago, but so far the bread has not turned out, does not knead flour as it should be and the bread does not rise. They were even disappointed in this stove ... Tell me ...

I use different flour. We in St. Petersburg Predportovaya have a good and economical version of the Gornitsa (I bake mainly on it) Try to change your usual flour to another. Saf yeast moment good. I love pressed. Buy a silicone spatula and, during the first kneading, help the stove to form the correct "bun". And read this Temko, very informative.

Good day everyone! I have a question for SUPRA 230 owners: did anyone bake bread at high speed? I baked a recipe book last night for lack of time. It turned out to be some kind of nonsense. The top was not fried, but the roof tore open. Before that, good bread was obtained on normal modes. And one more thing: this is not a typo-4 (!!!) tablespoons of yeast?
sahara87
I didn't bake it myself, but in the instructions for BMS-355 for 1 kg - 4 teaspoons (Fast bread program)

Thanks for the quick response. It means, after all, a typo in my instructions. Therefore, probably, the roof of the bread tore apart.

Yesterday I baked rye according to the recipe Bread only on rye flour (like Westphalian) (By Krosh)... The kneading was done in the Dough mode, at the first and at the beginning of the second kneading I helped to remove the remnants of dough and flour from the sides of the bucket with a wooden spatula. The gingerbread man as such did not work out, it was a semi-liquid mass. Then soak until the end of the Dough mode (60 minutes). Then I immediately turned on the Baking, after 10 minutes turned it off, then immediately turned on the Baking again. Total total baking time is 1 hour 10 minutes. The bread turned out to be excellent, baked well, with a crispy crust.
argo
please tell me (a friend was given such a bread maker) what is a bagel dough program?
Ira-C
We bought this bread maker yesterday. They immediately tested it. The bread is very good. Both in appearance and in taste. I didn't change the program. Used the one that was asked. And I took the recipe from the site. I was also a little mistaken that the recipe was for 750 grams, and the program was set for 1000 grams. The display certainly wants the best - there is no backlight, the size of the baking is not indicated. Obviously, the manufacturer saved it. I read a lot of reviews about this model, both good and bad. Time will tell who was right ...
Alitka_s
Does anyone else have such HP? What programs can you really use there?
NNV23
I have been the owner of this HP for almost two years. I bought it after reading reviews on Yandex Market from the category "Cheap and cheerful", because, to be honest, I was not sure if I would bake bread at all. And not much I do not regret. The oven is quite comfortable, it bakes bread well. I use the Regular bread, Butter, Dough, Baking modes. On the rest: Express, Fast I tried, it turned out nonsense. French, I've tried Whole Grain a couple of times and didn't notice much difference with baking on Normal. Marmalade (in HP), I haven't tried bagel dough.
Yes, I only use recipes from the forum, it seems to me that they are better than in the recipe book. But this is purely my opinion.
Alitka_s
Thank you! Or you can have a ready-made proven recipe for 500 g of wheat, French or whatever to start training. They presented such an oven, tried to bake one bread (a French recipe from Panasonic) in the French Supra mode - I did not like the result, in vain I opened the HP before baking, probably, and the flour is not the best yet, for sure. I want to bake small crunchy nostril bread. I also plan on rye, but for now I need to accumulate skill.
NNV23
Dear Alitka_s, I don't even know which bread recipe to offer you, we are all so different. I constantly read our favorite forum, experiment and test it at home. So I advise you to try, make notes on the recipes, which is good, which is not very good, and you will definitely find your favorite recipes.
Yes, more advice from personal experience. The best bread is obtained from recipes for 750 grams. bun. 500 gr. some kind of flat bread turns out, and 1 kg of dough in the lid of the HP, sometimes rests, and, accordingly, the top turns out to be "unsympathetic". And it's better to weigh the ingredients, and not measure them in glasses, after six months of torment, I bought a scale, and now the bread always turns out to be successful.
I wish you good bread. I am always glad to help, if, of course, I can, based on my limited experience
Ira-C
Alitka-s, I have proven recipes for Supra on my page. Try it. Happy baking!
Alitka_s
Bread maker Supra BMS-230 here baked according to the recipe Rustic, European mode. Something I do not like yet my bread from this oven, only rye turned out well both times.
Banzaika
Maybe someone will need it. Lost a stirrer for BMS-230. It's just unrealistic to find a "stirrer for supra". However, the mixer was ideal for the Moulinex OW3000. It's easier to search in Yandex by article number: SS-186874.

Delicious bread
Rude
Owners, tell me all the same: how's it going with the oven crust? Browns? Is there no tendency for bread to collapse?
Alitka_s
It browns well just, the question is in kneading, my opinion is poorly chosen time for proofing the dough. The rye oven is lighter, you can separately turn on the baking mode at any time, which also helps.Pshenichny did not suit me personally in this HP.
Rude
I read it after I bought it. Yes, it will blush normally. I wrote a review about this stove on the Citylink website, I will not give a link - the store does not pay me for promotion. Those who are interested will find it.
Struck by the attachment of the bucket. Just outright.

I cooked Darnitsky bread in my brand new SUPRA 230 according to Gash's wonderful recipe Bread maker Supra BMS-230
Bread maker Supra BMS-230
Everything according to the author's recipe, only +50 g semolina. Baked in a SUPRA bread maker, dough + pastry program. I think that if I had stood longer on the heating, and not 60 minutes, as on the program, the dough would have turned out even higher) But very tasty, everyone liked it at home. We will try with additives. Thank you.
By the way, I had before this x. p. Moulinex (broke down here recently, stopped heating the dough on the proofer) and was puzzled by the choice of a new one, because the repair was not advisable, due to the fact that the cost of repair and diagnostics clearly exceeded the cost of an inexpensive NEW HP. Well, I came to the forum, read it and ..... I was not mistaken with the choice. One was a minus - there is no rye bread program, but according to reviews, the best mode for rye is 20 minutes - kneading and 1.5 - 2 hours of proofing, so I saw that in my old cartoon the instructions in the "Borodino bread" mode were not followed such requirements ... and then I decided that I could cope myself and think of something from the mix of programs on Supra. In short, the expectations were justified, the bread is excellent, well, the tried and tested recipe in the mullet of wheat bread also stuck very well for Supra!

Hello! Here is my favorite recipe, which migrated from Mulinex to Supra and is now successfully used with her:
measure by weight
-325 ml of water (you can use any liquid, I tried: mineral carbonated water, whey, kefir, milk - everything turns out great !!!)
-2st. l sugar
-2 tsp salt
-2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
-550g flour
-1.5 hrs l. saf-moment yeast (make a hole in flour and add yeast there)

Program 1
Weight 1000g

GOOD LUCK!

Thank you! : a-kiss: I will definitely try tomorrow

This HP has worked for me faithfully for 2 years. I did everything on it: white bread, pure rye, and dough. But two years later, a bucket welled up: the central part on which the scapula is attached fell out. In our glorious city of Krasnodar, such things are not repaired. And for a year now I have a new HP and again SUPRA, only model 250. It seems to me that it is more convenient, but the price is the same.
Of the minuses of my SUPRA 230 - the top was poorly baked, in order to get a golden brown crust I had to always set the "Dark" mode. And so the dough kneads perfectly: all kinds of kneading, aging, again kneading, gas release, just according to science. In my current model, everything is simpler. Which, among other things, did not affect the quality of the bread.

so I bought such a bread maker. Decided to make the first recipe baked goods misscherry.

-325 ml of water (you can use any liquid, I tried: mineral carbonated water, whey, kefir, milk - everything turns out great !!!)
With this, I had a question: exactly 325 ml. - not a little liquid? And then, in addition to the main lump, I had a pretty decent amount of flour at the bottom of the bowl, although after reading the forum, I helped and scooped it out of the corners with a spatula ... In general, I refilled another 120 ml and then everything seemed to stick together into a single bun.
Lubashka059
Something did not work out for me the first loaf - I came to the conclusion that my yeast is old and therefore the dough did not rise normally. The bread is heavy and sticky inside ...
I made corrections for the old yeast, adding more of them, and if I experiment, then in full, I decided to make bread on kvass.
300 ml. kvass
1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt and sugar
400 gr. wheat flour
2 tsp dry yeast
sprinkled on top with flax seeds and seeds.
Baked on 1 program, dark crust. I exhibited 750 g, but then in the process I discovered that it was emphasized on the display of 1000 g. Baked until the signal. Here's what I got:

The bread turned out to be plump, like Darnitsk bread, with a crispy crust. The family liked it!

And what is the "Bagel Dough" program for? Can I not knead the dough for dumplings with it?

I found an interesting recipe for Easter cake in the recipe book for HP Philips ( 🔗 - they say good recipes there) but I don't know how to adapt it for our stove! There, the time of the software options is different. And for the Butter bread mode, there are no examples of recipes in the instructions. I don't know what to add for what ...

Interestingly, but 5 minutes of the first batch is not enough? And just 5 minutes of rest before the second batch? - somehow strange ... Share

There have been attempts to bake Bread for more than a year. Nothing good comes out.

The roof of the bread is falling. It rises perfectly, and as soon as the oven starts, it falls.
Disgustingly translated recipes, sit and think what they mean there. Almost everything is confused.
After executing the program, it picks up and freezes. An attempt to get out of the hang without pulling the plug out of the socket leads to the beginning of kneading and, as a consequence, the slaughter of the dough.

I highly do not recommend it, I regret that I stumbled over the normal one.

I have been using this hp for 2 years already. I learned how to bake any bread from any flour and with different additives. the secret of kneading the dough is first the liquid ingredients, then the dry ones. the yeast is the very last, on top of the flour. instead of milk powder and water, warm milk by volume of water. the best baking in 3 modes per 1 kg at an accelerated pace-2.33.
For a crispy crust, you need to measure products for 750g, and oven for 1kg.

I can't understand how high-quality baked goods can turn out in an accelerated mode? Here, in general, all technological principles are violated.
Aladriel
principles are designed to be broken. I add 0.5 cups of buckwheat flour to wheat and bake black bread or oatmeal / 2 tbsp. l. into flour in a coffee grinder + 50g of hazelnuts in the same place and on the whole-grain mode I bake an awesome oat-nut bread.
