Ingredients

Meat (pork and beef or just beef) 600 g
Smoked bacon (I have hot smoked brisket) 150 g
Onion (large onion) 1 PC
Carrots (large) 1 PC
Celery (stem) 1 PC
Pureed tomatoes 200 g
Dry red wine 100 ml
Milk 200 ml
Seasonings to taste
Vegetable oil
Sprinkle cheese

Cooking method

  • 1. Grind the meat into minced meat in a meat grinder
  • 2. Peel the vegetables, cut into small pieces and also grind in a meat grinder
  • 3. Brisket (bacon) mince or chop finely
  • 4. Pour some vegetable oil into a bowl and fry at maximum temperature with stirring "2" 2-3 minutes bacon (brisket)
  • 5. Pour vegetables into the bowl to the fried bacon and simmer for 5 minutes with stirring "1"
  • 6. Add mashed tomatoes there and simmer for another 5 minutes with stirring "1"
  • 7. Add minced meat now. Continue simmering for another 5 minutes with stirring "1"
  • 8. Without turning off stirring, add wine, simmer for 5 minutes
  • 9. Add milk and simmer for another 5 minutes
  • 10. Add spices
  • 11. Reduce the temperature to 95 degrees, attach the splash guard and keep extinguishing for a long time. In the original recipe, up to three hours! I put out an hour
  • Serve with pasta, sprinkled with grated cheese on top
  • Bon Appetit!

Remark from friends: Russian-style bolognese-broken fried cutlet in tomatoes ... Here is a little different .... For Russian taste, someone may not like this too boiled sauce. But I advise you to try! I would never have taken it on the stove !!!!!!
