Oat pancakes with black currant

Ingredients

kefir (any sour milk) 2 glasses
eggs 2 pieces
Wheat flour 0.5 cups
oat flour 1 glass
oat flakes 1 glass
soda 1 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
sugar 2-3 st. l.
sunflower oil 1/3 cup
black currant 2 handfuls

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar, add butter, salt, kefir, soda, mix. Pour in sifted flour (2 types) with baking powder and flakes, mix, just a little, without stirring the lumps. Leave the dough for 15-20 minutes. Add currants before baking. Heat the frying pan, brush it with just a drop of vegetable oil and fry the pancakes under the lid. Serve with yogurt and / or jam.
