Creamy, to you or not just a question: I have an old form made of black rusting metal (still Soviet), not cast iron, the corners are wrapped, like tin products. How can I bring it back to life so that it sticks less to it? I smear it with butter before baking and sprinkle with flour until it is saturated. Can it be peeled off like cast iron and calcined with oil?

Here is my firstborn! Small - yes remote!

I baked wheat bread (1st grade flour) on ripe dough (from 280 g of flour) on program 01. The bread is already being chewed (I think there would be a little left for breakfast). Tomorrow I will bake again, now rye and wheat. Before putting the dough into the mold, I greased it and sprinkled it with flour and for some reason stuck a little. I thought it would fly out quickly - but I worked a little so that its shape would not be damaged. And I got up a little more unevenly, maybe because the window was ajar and the wind blew through, or because of my curiosity (I dropped in more than once during the ascent, I will no longer).
Creamy
marinastom, but this is an interesting question. If from this well-oiled form the baked bread leaves it remarkably, then I think there is no point in additionally "shaking" it. I doubt very much that a tin form can be "covered" to a state of mirror shine and, most importantly, make it absolutely non-stick, so as not to lubricate anything at all. This is exactly what I tried hard to achieve from my new purchased form. I translated a bunch of flaxseed oil, a lot of time, I did everything super neatly, but alas, without lubrication, the baked bread still did not want to quickly leave the mold, leaving part of its flesh on the walls of the mold. So I empirically came to the conclusion that it is much easier and more reliable to just lubricate the shape (I have a "Pyshka" margarine and a wide brush-flutter with elastic natural bristles specially purchased for this business).
Lagri, congratulations on your firstborn! Tall, good, moderately ruddy! I think the crust is thin? And in which stove was the child born? At Panasonic? You are well done and clever!
Rina
a mold made of rusting metal would still need to be rotated (cleaned and treated with oil) so that less metal was taken with rust. This is how I processed four of my cake molds. Rust, but at least not so thoroughly.
Creamy
I fully agree with Rina, on rusting molds, an antioxidant grease film is needed to protect against corrosion.

Creamy, thanks for your rating and support. The child was born in my beloved Panasonic, I posted the photo above how I still put the form in Panasonic. The crust is thin. The bread on ripe dough turned out sooo tasty, the homemade ones appreciated it perfectly and ask for more. And yet Panasonic kneads (kneads) the dough better, this is not the first time I notice.

Yes, Ladies, I get it. But the fact is that this is a low rectangular shape, I bake casseroles in it, charlotte in it is generally better than in any other it turns out (and sticks, despite the lubrication and dusting). And I myself am to blame - as I bought a dishwasher, I shoved everything into it. Now I repent, but something is already difficult to fix.
Now I'm tormented - I can still try. But some layer of polymerized oil has already "rolled" on it, or leave everything as it is.
Shl. it is a pity that there is no smiley about "scratching the turnip".
Rina
then continue, peeling off and soaking, and not washing off the baking remnants from the mold. After a few times, everything should be normalized.

My husband recently put a freshly processed cast-iron frying pan into the dishwasher while I was with the children at the dacha ... nothing, washed it off the rust that had come out, greased it with tung and dried it again in the oven. It's okay now ....

so they don't seem to use it in food ...
Rina
Tung oil is used to treat wood surfaces that come in contact with food - countertops, cutting boards, dishes.
Creamy
And then I was tundra, only on the forum and learned about tung oil, probably it is necessary to look for it in a special place.

I put two forms L11 in Panasonic 2500, and there is still a lot of space left. This is for baking a very small loaf of bread. The mold contains a volume of 900 ml, is designed for 400 grams of dough (not flour), with a yield of 330 grams of an already baked loaf
Non-standard forms at Panasonic

And here two other forms L12 have already been put, longer and narrower, less in volume, here the volume includes 600 ml, they are most likely suitable for mini cupcakes "with a brick". 260 grams of dough (not flour) should be put into the mold; after baking, the weight of the finished product is 200 grams. Data taken from the bakery table.
I received the forms only today, I still need to do mechanical processing: in some places go with a file and remove the influx of casting and burrs. Then I will wash it thoroughly and conduct field tests.

Creamy! what a beauty! Well, you can bake two different rolls! Doublet! One, say, with raisins, and the other with onions! Sprinkle one with poppy seeds, the other with sesame seeds! Good luck with your field trials! We are waiting!
Creamy
That's what I dream about. Prepare the dough, then divide it into two parts, add cocoa powder to one part, and we get two different muffins - one simple, the other chocolate.

Creamy, well, am I down! Why not get two forms in their HP while your forms were with me. It is not for nothing that they say that "a good thought I come after" Now I will play one by one to try on measure

Ksenia, what did you buy these forms for?
Creamy
Ksyushechka-Plyushechka, and you from your one form, make a template in full size. Take a sheet of paper, put your shape on the sheet, only the "booty" upwards, and with the rim, that is, put the wide part on a sheet folded in half, circle around the edge with a pencil and cut with scissors. You will get two patterns at once. Try them on to the bottom of your bread machine. I think. what's in your big stove. the forms will stand even more freely.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Yes, I already thought that I needed to draw a template and try it on. Once I didn't think of it right away

Mom dear
And I only bought one of these

Creamy
, and they are on a stand? on the grate?
Deep
Creamy, and what is the volume of L11 and L12?
There is some kind of formula in geometry, um))) the sum of the areas of the bases is divided by 2, and multiplied by the height ??? So? or maybe pour some water and weigh
Creamy
Non-standard forms at Panasonic

Here is a side view of the stand, you can clearly see that the height of the stand is equal to the height of two standard boxes of matches, that is, height = 3 cm. Width = 11.5. The wide high shape L11 contains 900 grams of water.
And 600 grams of water entered the narrow, long L12. To be honest, I considered them a lot smaller, until I hung the volume of water poured under the edge. Of course. I zeroed under the container. This is pure volume.

Non-standard forms at Panasonic

Here is a view of the stand for the L11 form. this is a confectionery recess for a biscuit.
But the narrow, long, shallow forms L12 stand steadily without any support.
Deep
Thank you, now I have another dream - two L11 shapes and a stand. So great, you can bake two breads at the same time - white and gray. Or canteen and butter.
I'm already looking forward to twins
Creamy
I really liked the phrase about "twins". Can I use it too?

It's one thing to touch the stove with two buckets or the stove with a baguette holder, but it's quite another thing to bake baguettes, a standard molded one and twins in any stove.

I mean, that stove wouldn't be useful now ...

Yes, the parent himself, that is, the manufacturer (Panasonic firm) herself could not imagine what his brainchild was capable of in the hands of "crazy" bakers.
Deep
That Panasonic should already pay premiums to Creamy for such rationalization proposals) But we're not an opposition here, but rather a fan club

Hello ..... can I come to you? I have been reading various topics on the site for a long time, but this one just killed the hp I plan to buy (the money has already been postponed while I hang out between 2501 and 2502) and I have always been embarrassed by the "waves" and holes, the shape of the finished product, but here ... savvy and restless! I doubt very much that in some country they "grimace" with stoves. But this completely satisfies my mercantile interests. Forgive me if a lot of flooding help me, bison girls !!!

1. Which Panas is better to take 01 or 02?
2. Where and what forms (in addition to l7) to order additionally in order to use HP as much as possible (the oven does not work, there is no baking function in the multi, the grill only bakes pizza well.
3. Where to order a baguette holder?

If something is wrong I wrote, do not hit with forms l7 !!!! The first time I am addressing ..... Well, the strength is no longer silent! HEALTHY THAT HAS COME UP WITH DIFFERENT FORMS !!!! There are such women with an inquiring mind! Great !!!

oh and you are not sleeping yet! You are not Creamy, but Kulibina To order a baguette holder in the Mulinex service center? And what forms besides 7? Two 11th? For twins? Everyone scares with the "shots" of the dispenser at 02, and 01 seems to be more reliable .... my head is spinning, my hands itch, the awl does not allow to sit ...

olvina, take 2500 - an excellent stove, no dispensers) also buy a lot of molds and a baguette holder with the saved money)

Thank you! At least I'll sleep well! And to someone to stick with wholesale purchase of forms here it is possible? It seems that the Ryazan plant produces such, and my neighbor's husband takes equipment to Ryazan once a week, maybe someone else needs it, besides me?

And at that plant accidentally, they don't make toast bread molds with a lid, that's me just in case.

Regarding Ryazan;) 2-3 years ago it was possible to buy there at retail from 1 piece. any forms, now this is not - they work only with wholesale supplies. go to their website, there are phones and find out what mine is. batch, I personally did not manage to buy 5 forms from them

Ksyushka-Plushkand, can you deal with the joint venture of these forms? At least once, I think that many would be happy about this? If time permits.

good day! Well, there must be a way out with the acquisition of forms !!!! Come on, maybe, how can we write off to whom and what forms are needed. I myself need l 7 and two 11th, can you tell me which cake is still needed? On Tuesday-Wednesday at the plant everyone will know on the spot. If someone else needs these forms, then this is more than one piece, maybe we will "naskebe" for a wholesale imaginary order? Do you need to order baguette racks in the Mulinex service? And where do you take such wonderful plates-stands under the forms?

If there is a wholesale store in the city (and look at this in a search engine by typing "bakery forms"), you can go to them and ask (I went to the director) and they sold me one form (albeit a wholesale store). I explained to them why I need it, and they even became interested in this and began to ask me if the form would fit into their bread maker. There are such wholesalers in many big cities. They have some leftovers and they can sell them individually. Try it, maybe you will succeed.

Girls! Thank you so much! And finally, I chose the stove and with additional equipment, it seems, they decided. Unsubscribe, of course, for the baguettes !! Will wait. The link in the form is wonderful, but is it really possible to order only through Ukraine? In Moscow at all? The Internet is sent to Ryazan and the Urals. Horror. The stove, it seems, should be on Tuesday evening. It would be nice to order the forms this week. Are all the baguette racks standard, or do you need to order a specific model from Dmitry? Could you tell?

See above about my fun with the baguette holder. I repeat, I still have this little thing from Moulinex 5004. It fits into my 2501 Panasik perfectly, but I had to substitute a plate (in our family, probably from the 60s of the ave. Century). I want to order pallets from this chela because I once ruined mine. Mulek has 2 models with these figovinami 5004 and 6002. In the fifth pallets only for baguettes, in the sixth and for baguettes. and for cakes-rolls-sticks. I want to order both.

Girls, I can buy and send forms to whomever I need, but I just need to wait for my husband. He is away until August 16. I won't promise before, maybe I can, and maybe I can't. Because who can wait, write in a personal.

I tried on forms L-11 and L-12 today. So so. Two forms of the corresponding markings fit well into my Binaton 2169. But in Moulinex 600230, two do not fit, the top ten gets in the way. So whoever has not Panasonic, but stoves like mine, then be careful.
Creamy
And I was almost sure that two-tenon stoves, since they are programmed for a very large loaf, consume three times more electricity from Panasonic and the volume should be correspondingly also large ...
