In terms of the composition of the products, I decided that the "French bread" mode should be used for baking in KhP. I counted the ingredients for baking 1000g. Everything seemed to work out well, but the bread did not rise to the expected height. Usually, my white bread rises in a slide above the bucket, of course, it doesn't support the roof, but still ... And here it is rather small
Maybe it's all about the lack of sugar in the recipe? On the counter, he probably would have been better suited ...

The dimensions of the loaf turned out to be exactly the same, but for some reason the photo of the whole loaf was not preserved. But I managed to shoot the cut the next day.
