Ingredients

Dough:
Pumpkin (raw) 200 g
Brown sugar 200 g
Eggs 2 pcs
salt on the tip of a knife
flour 150 g
baking powder 1 tsp
walnuts handful
olive and sunflower oil (mixture) 80 ml (40 + 40)
Glaze:
dark chocolate 25 gr.
sl. oil 25 g
cream or water 1 tbsp. l
sah. powder 50 g
Decoration:
chopped walnuts handful

Cooking method

  • Autumn is the time for the magical vegetable - pumpkin. Bright, juicy, very healthy and tasty.
  • 1.Pumpkin muffinsWe measure all the ingredients we need for the dough.
