Potato and Bean Salad

Ingredients

Potatoes 500 g
Green beans 300 g
Onion 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Table vinegar (preferably natural) 2 tbsp. l.
Salt
Pepper
Parsley Several twigs

Cooking method

  • For salad, it is better to take small oblong potato tubers. Peel, cut into slices 0.5-1 cm thick, fry on both sides in a small amount of vegetable oil or grease with oil and bake in the airfryer for 20 minutes at a temperature of 260 * C at medium speed. While the potatoes are baking, boil the washed and peeled green beans for 5-10 minutes. Since it is spring now, I have frozen beans, boiled for 1 minute after boiling. She threw it in a colander, let it cool. Chopped the onion finely. When the potatoes became soft, sprinkled them on the onions and left to cool in the airfryer. Chop the parsley finely. Prepare dressing: mix 4 tbsp. l. favorite vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. l. favorite vinegar, add a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper. Gently mix the potatoes, beans and parsley and pour over the dressing.
  • Breakfast is ready. Call your household to the table!

Note

It turned out not as beautiful as in the picture of the calendar from where the recipe was taken from. Probably the beans did not freeze correctly. But for the bean season, a recipe was tested. The salad tastes good. The slight sourness of apple cider vinegar, softened by good vegetable oil, emphasizes and balances the taste of each of the simple ingredients of the salad, making it quite appetizing.
