Ingredients

chicken fillet 600g
ketchup 100ml
soy sauce 100ml
puff pastry 250g
cheese 250g

Cooking method

  • cut the fillet into thin long strips. Mix ketchup with soy sauce. keep the chicken in the marinade for at least 1 hour. Roll out the dough and cut into thin long strips. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and lay out the dough and chicken, intertwining with each other. Grate cheese and sprinkle on top. send to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

we bind it like a basket, that is, the chicken strip goes OVER the dough, then UNDER IT (draw a lattice). I won't say about paper, I did it without it, the whole dish was floating in sauce, so I thought it would be better to cover it.
