In our stores, the difference is almost 100 bucks. The question is - why?

when I ordered my HP - the difference was the same ... but after reading the forum for a long time and painfully BEFORE buying HP, I realized that I could do without this "bzdyulinka" (cool Rinochka came up with the name) .. All the same, the "toad" took its toll and "strangled me ".. already 100 bucks I'll find where to spend!

And I knew right away that I would bake on dry only the first few times just to practice the buttons, I was immediately tuned in to the live ones, and when I saw 2501 and 2502 live in the store, outwardly I liked 2501 more. Sugar like that. Who likes what, as the saying goes: a strange thing the taste - who loves watermelon, and who loves pork cartilage.

the instructions say: "place the dry yeast on the bottom (so that no liquid gets on them later)"
and if there is compressed yeast, how to lay them, also on the bottom? will the liquid not harm them? or should it be infused as carefully as with dry ones?
I just wrote below ... with fresh yeast it is much easier ... I fill up the flour (be sure to have a little bit of flour in the corners then you will not have any impurities of flour in the corners) pour salt on one side of the hill (I add it a little bit to the flour so that it yeast did not interfere with working) in the other direction I throw sugar on it 7g of yeast for 500g of flour and fill it with water, plain cold, all the business is .. To make the yeast work well, I put on the timer a delay of three hours (and for the night so generally: girl_love: grace) in the afternoon I have a black bread, but at night every day is white. SUCCESSFUL BAKING!

In our stores, the difference is almost 100 bucks.
And I don’t look where, so the difference is a thousand rubles. Well, the case is stainless steel. And white plastic sometimes changes color over time, especially in the place of the ventilation holes (I read reviews and saw photos).

Well, I don't know, mine, after 8 months of almost daily use, has not turned yellow anywhere yet. True, for the last two months I rarely bake in it, only kneading and proofing, and baking - in the oven.

My stove is a year old. Around the vents, under the lid, inside, of course, it turned a little yellow. But everything else is white, clean. But the stainless steel sides of my multicooker are something! Even if you stand near them with a rag, I will not save you from food stains and fingers!

I'm dulling something: bread maker SD-ZB 2502: when preparing pizza dough (program 20) where should I put the yeast?
Into the dispenser or directly into the dough?

If dry, go to the dispenser.

Rinochka, they don't argue with the masters, BUT - the case is not made of metal, but of stainless steel, and this is durability and beauty. "The more expensive the fur, the better it is, and the better, the more expensive" (folk wisdom)

maybe the question seemed strange, but I was interested in the moment with 100 bucks. That is, the main disadvantage is the unjustifiably increased cost?
And if we leave aside the material part of the question, then of the minuses, the design and the yeast dispenser can be considered minuses?

If you are going to bake only or almost only with dry yeast, then I think that the dispenser is a plus. And if not, then a huge minus. Every time it will bang you as unnecessary. And yet, if you tune in to dry yeast, like, it's faster and less hassle, then it's not a fact that you won't change your opinion by trying to bake on pressed ones once. I've also thought, only on dry. True, I bought 2501 (financially more and was not tuned in). But I baked on them for a week, until the packet ran out. Since then - only on the living. Sometimes - once a month or two it happens that the live ones are over, then I have a levyur in my SAF stash for a couple of times until I buy live ones. But this has been for a very long time.
But the design is not for everybody. If this is necessary for the style of the kitchen, then this is a plus. I have few stainless elements in my kitchen decor. Only the battery-powered pepper mill Klatronikovskaya, which is always worn out, was worn out to wipe. So I looked at it and immediately realized that stainless steel is not mine and design 2502 is a minus to me. But maybe the one who buys is ready to be forever attached to it and wipe it every day, or put up with stains, and overpay for this, as they say, a flag in hand.

... which of the minuses, the design and the yeast dispenser can be considered minuses?
A yeast dispenser is contraindicated for me - I sleep lightly, or rather, I react sharply to any clicks. And the window from the kitchen opens onto the balcony, the balcony doors are most often open (I even hear how the detergent and rinse aid dispensers work in the dishwasher). It is the quietness of the work that attracts me in my Panasonic. And I have used the supplement dispenser a few times.

So, yes, for me the yeast dispenser will be a disadvantage (when I have to change the bread maker, I hope not soon).

And there is simply no real need for it (as I already wrote)! Well, the properties of flour are as follows: in order for the water to reach the yeast, which is under flour, you need to have nuuuuu oooooocheeeeeen curved handles. And those who decide to bake their own bread do not have such handles.

For me, the material side was also not really into the bill and these two, as they say "minuses", did not affect the choice. And for everyone who bought this stove, I think there are also no disadvantages. Many took this oven knowing about it in advance. Well, whoever did not buy it, they probably know only by hearsay how it “scary” bangs when opening a yeast dispenser.

Why grab her with dirty hands? I take it dry and clean and no stains remain on it, it is on my windowsill, and before baking I take it out on the table, and then I clean it and it is clean.

So because there are more dirty people like me than clean people like you. And I'm not the only one living in an apartment. Three more pigs live with me, or rather two already. One got married and moved. They - constantly love to fry eggs and potatoes, and everything is on such a fire that, I am surprised that the splashes of oil do not reach the hall. And at least tell them, at least not. The gas stove is a special conversation after their experiments. Sugar in a cup, and even then, normally do not pour. The whole table around the sugar bowl is covered in sugar. And who cleans it with a rag - I, sometimes my husband scrubbing the stove. So not everyone has a quiet household.

Well, this is probably true for everyone. But my husband does not touch my HP yet, well, only if the bread is ready to pull out and then I'm afraid, suddenly, that it will scratch, and so we have everything the same in the kitchen and splashes of oil and crumbs and everything, everything, ah, from the splashes of oil, apparently, the window sill saves her, she is there, as in a niche.

Brand 3801
and Panasonic (models did not record).

I have a Panasonic 2500, I am very satisfied. He has a lot of members of the forum. And the Panasonic 2501 is good too. Bork 800 is good too. that it can be programmed, and your mom will do it? You will be satisfied with any Panasonic, buy calmly and enjoy homemade bread. Just be sure to buy an electronic scale and a silicone spatula to protect the bucket's coating.

This is what I found "Squeak during kneading and problems with a bucket." There it was mentioned about the gasket and, apparently, there were pictures, but the link does not open. And the people reacted somehow ambiguously to this problem, although, personally, your opinion seemed to me rather positive. And today it is in what state (opinion) - strengthened or scattered? And how to see this pad to show the man. Otherwise, my screwdriver is not in love either ...

marinastom Spacer dimensions: outer diameter 70 mm, inner diameter 58 mm, thickness 0.8-1.0 mm.
The outer diameter of the gasket must be strictly 70 mm, since the bucket rests on its very edge. Internal can be done a little more (58-60) - it doesn't matter. And the photo is generally not needed, everything seems to be clear

My stove is smart, I'm a sucker! It turns out that I have a caked, semi-charred piece of dough stuck somewhere below. I noticed him only when I started pointing the camera down. To be honest, I didn't expect that there could be such noise from him, and I can't imagine how he could fit there. Today I began to knead the dough again, turn it on with trepidation, and - silence. Well, that is, the stove is working as usual, almost inaudible.

Late, but I'll introduce myself too
I have been using Panasonic 2501 since February of this year (my husband gave it for Valentine's Day). I am 100% satisfied. We go to the store not for bread, but for flour)) KhP bread bakes amazing. I also make pizza dough, pancakes, dumplings and dumplings in it. Kulich also baked in it. In general, there are no complaints. I studied all the subtleties, I like to experiment with recipes that I take from this site. I miss my assistant when I leave to live with my husband. But here yesterday we bought LG 2001 (with the function of yogurt and butter). Now I'm mastering it

Here's a story about the taste and quality of our bread, I found on a completely different forum and in another country.
"... because I got a bread maker in parallel and I experiment with Valya's bread twice a day, you were right - it is eaten instantly - no matter how long you bake it. The quality of the bread has been confirmed by one of our cats.
In the morning we enjoyed sandwiches with our first bread ... My phone rang. I left the table, come back - everyone laughs. During my absence, halibut, our cat, stole my butter and cheese sandwich, ignored the cheese and butter, and took the bread to a corner and, rumbling, ate it. Although the composition of this bread is flour, half milk with water, salt and sugar, everything ... "
Mona1
And my friend in the USA went to see her daughter. And then she told me how dirty the bread was. Rubber, like a sponge, does not smell, does not grow stale, nor moldy and flies fly around it, do not sit down. Oh how. Why would they understand there, these flies, but understand that this is a byaka.
