For the first time I cooked cakes with dry yeast (I took "Lvovskie"), everything went well and the most pleasant thing - there is no yeast smell! Kneading in a bread maker, I have Panasonik SD-2500, 800 grams of flour all fit (although at first I doubted). Flour was used by Makfu and Khutorok, milk was added 400g + 40g of brandy. The result is excellent fluffy and not dry cakes! Only next time I will put more sugar, we have a sweet tooth)))
