The dough was divided in half, the white part was crumpled with my hands, the orange - in HP, the "pizza" mode (flour was added to a normal kolobok), until it was kneaded. Disabled hp. Shaped rolls (sometimes you need to sprinkle with flour, sometimes not). She took out a mixer from the bucket, folded rolls. I did not plait a pigtail (then cut it into square pieces), did not lubricate it with anything. I put the bucket in the disabled hp for 30 ... 60 minutes to come up. And for "baking" 50 minutes. The first time I didn't pinch the rolls, the top ones opened up, slightly spoiled the look - then I pinched the top rolls well. Superb bread turns out!

I read you here in the morning and decided to make a "curl" too.

Milk - 315 g
Sunflower oil - 50 g
Salt - 2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour - 555 g
Dry yeast - 1 sachet
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp l.

Knead in a bread maker in the "Yeast dough" mode
I stirred the tomato paste in the same mode: as soon as the dough became a uniform color, I turned it off.

I made 4 rolls - two with a white top, two with a red top.
I put it in a container.
Gave it to stand for 45 minutes.
Smeared with an egg.
Baked in the "Baking" mode for 1 hour.

I am a baker with two weeks of experience so far, but curls are one of the first buns I really wanted to try. I tried different ones: red, and with garlic, and with poppy seeds, and today I decided to make it with pizza. Pts worried - suddenly it will not work? In general, the result has exceeded all expectations.
I took the usual dough for pizza, and made the filling from mushrooms, ham, boiled pork and Adyghe smoked cheese. The dough was divided into 2 parts, one was made as for a red curl, the second was usual. The dough with tomato went inside the roll - I laid out more fillings (although perhaps next time it is worth putting in a little more and adding hard cheese). The rolls were left to rest for 40 minutes - there was no more sense - they fit well, baked for ten hours. Photo of the finished product is attached. The taste and aroma are wonderful. Of course this is not real pizza - it is pizza-flavored bread, but very interesting!
