Mushroom julienne with squid

Ingredients

squid 500 g
mushrooms 500 g
hard cheeses 300 g
cream 20% 300ml
vegetable oil
sour cream 2 tbsp. spoons
flour 2 tbsp. spoons
chopped dill 1 tbsp. the spoon

Cooking method

  • Lightly boil the peeled squid in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Then cut them into rings, half rings, strips ... Cut onions and mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Combine the mushroom mass with squid and half of the grated cheese, mix.
  • Lightly fry the flour in a dry frying pan, add sour cream, cream, dill, salt and pepper. Stirring all the time, bring to a boil. Pour the sauce into the mushroom mass, stir. Preheat the oven to 180g. Divide the prepared mass into cocotte makers, sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Eat with pleasure!
