Probably yes. Cherry dough colors God forbid. And apples of certain varieties give from orange to pink.

Hello Lyalik! Congratulations on Brandick!
I bake on "Porridge / Steam cooking" because it is faster in time. And one more thing, in the "Baking" mode, the temperature is higher, but for biscuits, a lower temperature is still needed, for example, in the "Porridge / Steam" mode.
Thank you! Is the pressure high? and how much time, how does the program give?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
I did so

Place the bowl in the CB, close the lid, set the pressure indicator to "High pressure", turn on the "Porridge / Steam cooking" mode for 30 minutes. After the signal, turn off the CВ, open the lid after 20 minutes.

Thank you

If the oven is in 6051, which mode is better to choose?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
In 6051, BAKERY is better. Time 60 minutes. But for 5 eggs, maybe 1 hour 10 minutes.

Ksyusha, finally I baked your charlotte too! Thank you!
Mine turned out to be almost 6.5 cm, and despite the fact that I put almost 2 glasses of cherries and 3 small apples, the fruit was lost next time I will add more)))
And I baked it in the end on Baking for 45 minutes, because after 5 minutes a terrible smell of burning went on Kasha, I canceled this mode, looked inside, everything had already risen so steeply there, and started Baking. Everything was baked perfectly, I did not keep it on the Heating, turned it off at the end of the program and left it to cool with the lid open. What smelled so burnt there, I don't know, but the result is excellent on Bakery too!

Lizok, Hi! Well done for baking. Well, I really liked adding cherries to the charlotte, at least a handful or two (in winter on availability), immediately this taste is interesting and looks beautiful

Charlotte apple-cherry (pressure cooker Brand 6050)

Liza, well, beauty!
Did you have your own cherry or a purchased one? Large or small? It seems to me if you put at least 3, at least 4 glasses of cherries, everything will not be enough.
And the smell of burning - nothing got to the bottom of the bowl from the back side? Maybe a drop? Now I really like the oven at 6051. The temperature on the Bakery is very delicate there and the biscuits are boiling cool, rising delicately. Looks good.

Ksyusha, the cherry was frozen and I bought it back in the spring.
In general, it was delicious, thanks again!
