Carrot casserole (Brand 6050 pressure cooker)

Ingredients

Boiled carrots (medium size) 10-12 pcs.
Eggs 3-4 pcs.
Sugar 3-4 tbsp. l
Milk 1 m / st
Salt pinch

Cooking method

  • Boil the carrots, cool and peel (I boiled the peeled carrots). Grind with a blender (combine, meat grinder). Beat eggs, mix. Add sugar, milk, a pinch of salt and mix well. Grease a pressure cooker bowl with oil, pour out the mixture and smooth. Porridge mode 20 min. Open the lid after 10-15 minutes, remove the bowl and leave until the casserole has cooled completely.
