Ingredients

Basmati rice 1 cup
Safron pinch
Turmeric 1/8 tsp
Black olives from a jar
Pickled artichokes
Crab sticks
White wine
Green pea
Yellow or red bell pepper

Cooking method

  • Boil rice with saffron and tumeric. I substituted 1/4 cup of water for 1/4 cup of white wine.
  • Bake bell peppers in the oven until bubbles appear, put in a bag and let sit there for 5 minutes, after which the skin will be removed without any problems. Chop it up. Chop sticks, artichokes, olives, parsley and add to rice.
  • Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Wrap in cake. If you plan to eat them immediately, then you can wrap them up burning, and if for later, it is better to let them cool.
