Chocolate Banana Jam Paste

Ingredients
small bananas (or 2 medium) 3
sugar (as much as possible) 3 tbsp. l.
orange juice 50 ml.
bitter chocolate 100 g
Cooking method

1. Mash bananas in mashed potatoes, add sugar and juice. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
2. Add the broken chocolate and stir until the chocolate is dissolved.
3. Remove from heat, pour into jars.
This jam can be stored for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

The dish is designed for 320-350 grams
Cooking time: 20 min.
