I’ll say right away that the dough is certainly not pie, rather it’s cookies with a filling, but children call it pies, so let it be pies :-)

lean pies with jam

flour 2 tbsp. (I took a glass of whole grain, a glass of white regular)
sugar 5 tbsp. l. (in the original recipe it was twice as much, but so very sweet)
mineral water 2/3 tbsp.
vegetable oil 3/3 tbsp. (i.e. a glass of liquid in total)
soda on the tip of a knife
vanilla sugar sachet
salt on the tip of a knife (if the mineral water is not salty, if salty, then you can not put it)
thick apple jam

Pour oil and mineral water into flour with sugar, salt and soda, knead, leave for 15 minutes. Then divide into 15-16 pieces, roll out each and wrap the jam there, trying to learn a round shape. In the oven for 20 minutes, then grease with an egg, you can sprinkle with sugar and for another 7-8 minutes.
It turns out very tasty crumbly cookies with filling. The dough rolls out and stretches well
