Ingredients

Wheat flour 3-4 tbsp. l
Sugar (for an amateur) 0.5-1 tbsp.
Butter 20-30 g
Vanilla sugar package
Apples, raisins
(pre-soak in boiling water)
Cinnamon on the tip of a knife

Cooking method

  • Separate the yolks from the proteins.
  • Beat the whites with a mixer into a strong foam (when you turn the bowl over - the protein should stay in place and not fall out on the table).
  • Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla for 5-7 minutes (the volume should increase 3 times). Add flour to the yolks (the dough should be of the consistency of sour cream, flowing).
  • Grease the form with oil.
  • Cut the apples into slices and place them on the bottom.
  • Add raisins and cinnamon to the dough, mix.
  • Add the whipped egg whites, mix thoroughly with a spoon, but not for long.
  • Fill the apples with the mixture. We put the form in the oven.

Time for preparing:

Bake until tender, about 35-40 minutes.

Cooking program:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
