Salted sherry tomatoes

Ingredients

tomato
Celery root and leaves
garlic 1 head
english pepper
vinegar 2-3 st. spoons
Bay leaf (not necessary)
Red hot peppers

Cooking method

  • Pickle:
  • For 1 liter of water:
  • 1.5 tbsp. tablespoons of tablespoon (coarse salt)
  • 0.5 tbsp. sugar spoons
  • At the bottom of the jar, put 1/2 celery root (cut in half), some greens (celery, parsley, dill), half the garlic and hot pepper. We lay out the tomatoes.
  • Pour boiling water over salt and sugar. Stir until the salt and sugar are completely dissolved and pour the tomatoes with this brine (hot). Let cool, drain the brine. Put more garlic and English pepper on top of the tomatoes, cover with herbs and fill with new hot brine. Add vinegar. Close it with a lid and leave it on the desktop (but not in the refrigerator). After 1-2 days you can eat. After a maximum of 3 days, put (if anything ...) the tomatoes in the refrigerator.

Judging by the fact that the can is 3-5 liters, and the tomatoes should be in liquid during storage, then we fill them with marinade again. Boil the marinade, cool until warm and pour over.

Yesterday I drained the marinade, boiled it and poured it a second time. Today I tried one tomato - it didn't get salted inside. They stand further. The smell from the can is awesome. I tried the pickle - salty enough.
