Girls, I read somewhere (like even in this thread) that milk in a pressure cooker curls up because of an unwashed inner lid. Try it - what if it helps?
My cap after every use of the Brand, the result is always the same.

Probably it is not necessary to dilute the milk with water, and if I do the default 13 minutes + release of pressure the milk also turns out pink (like baked).

I cook porridge in milk with water in a ratio of 2: 3 (4). I never observed flakes and the milk did not turn pink. It seems to me that the quality of milk is the reason.

The October batch of Brand 6050 multicooker pressure cookers will arrive with different O-rings, but this is not the result we are aiming for.

good day, Elena!

I contacted the forum of. site, but they are silent for now.
What changes are planned for the new pressure cookers?
And when can they be on sale?

And then there is already money, and so on. noted, I want to buy myself a gift.
Or is it not worth waiting for a new model, but just buy an existing one?

Tell me, pliz, who cooked millet or corn porridge with pumpkin? What are the proportions of porridge and water with milk? These cereals are very good. I rarely cook and they did not always come out with me before ...
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
I boil millet 1: 5, and corn 1: 6.

Girls, and who cooked semolina? the little one has a favorite porridge, but I don't like to cook it, everything turns out in lumps (hands like this, probably), but he needs to be in the garden! Tell me please!

Baraba6ka, you are in the quote and answered your own question. But you see, you didn’t fully understand the quote.
Therefore, if all these changes are not fundamental to you, then buy the pressure cooker as it is now - it is also excellent in the available version.

Thanks for your response and support.
Today they brought me a pressure cooker - I will join.

And I am also interested, otherwise I heard that only on the stove, without parting with a spoon, you can make it tasty.
Svetta
I heard that only on the stove, without parting with a spoon, you can make it tasty.
And there is! Why, it takes 3 minutes to prepare.
I do not advise you to experiment in a pressure cooker, just waste your time and food! The girls who tried to cook semolina porridge complained that it did not work out.

Girls-testers, here are a hundred pages, but could you put your creations at the beginning of the Temka, according to the type of testing 501 cartoon, please.

hello, tell me how to buy a Brand 6050 pressure cooker, are there any branches of stores in Ivangorod or will I have to rotate in St. Petersburg (I live in Estonia)

And you better go to the site, there the girls will answer that it will be cheaper for you: shipment or they will drive to St. Petersburg

Boil semolina well in a milk cooker. No need to interfere without lumps.

: girl_red: Forgive me, I did not see that all the recipes are in the topic about the pressure cooker.
Thank you all very much, I will go to study, I want to replace my Italian, although it works and suits me, only the wheel began to scroll, sometimes it annoys me. So I'm thinking whether to take a pressure cooker or an updated cartoon (501 or 502), the quality of the bowl is very pleasing to me, so only the brand
hlebopek
Girls! Tell me, is it worth taking? Now they can sell for 2000 cheaper. There is no time to read the topic! I heard about the collapsing ring, but they say that soon the normal ones will appear. Besides this, are there any significant disadvantages? I hope you'll give me a hand

in the topic there are 100 pages with recipes and real help, of course take it, it would be so and they would have written it and with one post would have closed the whole topic.

Alexander, I thought you already have a pressure cooker, you are well versed in topics

What about rubber bands? Not too annoying?

all the rubber bands annoy me in life, forgive me, what am I talking about ... I do not have this pressure cooker (I have a mulinex), but I follow the topic from time to time, so let the users answer. I'll listen too.

But the groan is obvious and for many pages, I would have noticed.

By the way, in Mulinex they gave advice - from time to time put the gum in the freezer - it supposedly narrows there to its initial size. I have not tried it, it has not stretched critically.
hlebopek
I read somewhere that before pulling the gum out of the ring, you need to let it cool down so that it is hot and easily stretches
Elena Bo
For some reason, the ring is not stretched. Now you can buy additional and not expensive. They promise a new silicone ring with the next batch, like a different composition, it will not react so much to heating. My ring has been replaced, now it does not fall and I have one more in stock. Otherwise, a wonderful, very understandable pressure cooker.

The silicone ring both stretches when hot and contracts when it cools.

Persuaded, the last question. Bowl. Is the coating better than Teflon (in terms of durability)?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
It's still too early for me to judge the durability of the coating (multicooker since December, pressure cooker since March), but they are both in excellent condition.
IRR
Can I buy an extra pot for the pressure cooker? I do not know
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
IRR, can
Elena Bo
The bowl is super! Coverage too! You can buy an additional one without any problems. Brand, like Greece, has everything.

Sasha, buy peas and smoked meats tomorrow (some string of ribs, if you're not a vegetarian) and cook soup - you won't regret it. As I remember these dances on the gas stove, we will soak the peas for the night: crazy: and then we cook for another 2 hours and not the fact that it will boil down. And then an hour and rich first-class soup.

shl. and a bottle. Wash

Pea in Brand is cooked for 30 minutes. (boiled down into splashes). Maybe it will break apart for less, but I'm always 30 minutes. put. Well, until the temperature and pressure picks up. Then he will throw it off. But this is all on the machine and does not require supervision.

I'm taking into account 15 minutes for a set and the same for a discount
Elena Bo
Well, yes, probably in total it turns out. I have a longer one, because I cook a full one.

Today at 9-00 I took this miracle. First impression is great, boiled water with lemon juice. It keeps the temperature very well. For half an hour, the heating did not turn on. Water does not splash from the valve, as in **** and from the indicator, steam comes out for only 5-7 seconds. I threw off the pressure in 15 minutes. Now I think what to cook, so that it will certainly work out.
vernisag
Alexander, congratulations on your purchase! And the heating itself does not turn off; it must be turned off manually.

I mean, the heating element has not turned on for at least 45 minutes (that is, the temperature is still very high) Now, after 45 minutes, the temperature is 80 degrees

Cottage cheese casserole. Rice with anything like pilaf, potato. the girls have prepared enough recipes. good luck. Salmon steak for Porridge \ I set steamed for 5 minutes, sooo delicious.
hlebopek
Well, everything was baked well, it differs from the oven in all respects. Next time I'll try without pressure. It seems a bit damp to me, although it's baked.
Your recipe is great!

and I'm still waiting for my Brandon .. I paid for it on August 30, on Wednesday, September 5, they wrote that they would send it within 3-5 days and while the silence is still .. I'm already bursting with it, I want to cook pilaf in this sv !!!
Galyunya1
Girls boys! SV really like it, you have to adapt to each device !!!! I understand that help !!! so far there have been no problems with dishes 1 and 2, but that I don't bake everything that is wet, or is it not completely baked + I add time (and on baked goods, on porridge, rice), what am I doing wrong (everything is perfect according to the recipe)? (I try not once)
hlebopek
Galina! I also had it wet, but it was baked 100% And with a slight pressure, it immediately straightened, and you leave it for another 20 minutes in the cooking field in the CB (without heating)?

Estessenno could not resist, cooked pilaf with chicken, my husband demanded "normal pilaf", but there was nowhere to run after mutton at night))
I didn't cook the chicken separately, it's still not beef. It turned out great, the meat is soft, the rice is crumbly.

Tasty, but a bit thick for me, next time we'll fix it.

Today I bought it, but just one disorder.
I cooked pilaf in the same way. Result: The rice is not cooked, there is still liquid for one more cooking. What could be the secret! I thought it was that simple.

At first, on any hot program, I fry and extinguish onions and carrots with a drop of vegetable oil, and then I put everything in at once.
And you made a more dietary version without frying anything

Don't know how about a dietary one, but I like it better without roasting. To each his own.
By the way, I was shocked, in 20 minutes the meat was so soft, this never happened on the stove, and the potatoes did not fall apart, as they were pieces, they remained, in short, a super thing
